"It was a pleasant day however, it’s confusing making you think it’s a part of Norwich Inn and spa. Also, they had house rules that they wanted you to do before you left. Cleaning up before you left, which I thought was crazy. I’ve never had to clean up after myself in a hotel room. This was even more expensive I shouldn’t of had to take the trash out!"

"Plenty of room for our family. Lovely sunroom. Couches galore. Well equipped kitchen with lots of pots and pans, air fryer, coffee makers and waffle iron. Convenient washer and dryer on second floor. Good communications with host. A few items would have made it perfect- we needed dish towels, hand towels, hand soap, paper towels, napkins, tissues. And the toilet paper was the thinnest ever… otherwise we enjoyed our stay a lot. "

"Extremely lovely. Gated community of adorable private houses. I would stay here again and hope to soon. The sounds of the water from the fountain was wonderful, and they had strung lights around the patio which we stayed out until after dark and because they had mosquito repellants I was not bothered with any bites. So thoughtful. The room was so beautifully appointed and especially loved the four poster bed, which was comfortable beyond comfort. "

"We had previously stayed in a different unit in this complex. We were very happy with the other unit and we understood what the set up was like. We were going to Mohegan Sun and the location is very convenient.I was sent notifications that I needed to verify my identity. I needed to submit a license,a photo and either a 15 fee if I chose to have them hold money on my credit card or a 35 fee if not. "We had a GREAT time here!! Just beautiful scenery all around. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed essentially. I was quite impressed with how comfortable we actually were. There was a temporary power outage but it didn’t last long and management not only delivered more wood to us but also gave it to us for free as we wanted to spend our time outdoors during the outage. "Wow! Where do I begin! I personally want to give praise to Lynn Parker for her impeccable customer service she provided to my family and I last night! We checked in for a staycation and this surpassed any home away from home that I could ever imagine. She upgraded our room to not just any room but the presidential suite! We had no idea what we were walking into and our mouths dropped as soon as we opened the door. The views from that suite were breathtaking and the spaciousness was unbelievable. I felt like a queen and this was done out of the goodness of her heart. Thank you so much for granting us that experience! We are forever grateful and you have made our month. We will always come back to the Fox Tower, she has won over new repeat customers! Thank you so much again. "
