"This is our 6th time in Antigua - all times at Jolly Beach. Our 3rd time on South Finger, which is ideal for a quick walk to Jolly Beach. Romeo, Property Manager, arrived a couple of minutes after us. As the villa was unlocked, we were able to get inside immediately upon our arrival. He walked through the tellie, wifi, etc. Came back the next day, as appears we were logged into the wrong network so that was sorted out pretty quickly. The area around the villa was well maintained with amenities nearby including a bus stop to take you to town. "There were 2 couples and one single person so the 3 bedrrom, 3 bathroom Villa was perfect for us. The villa was very spacious and well laid out. The location was ideal, overlooking the ocean and there was a beautiful breeze sitting outside on the porch. We had an issue with the bathroom which the agent addressed immediately. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are a few beach restaurants in the area. We had a great stay! Simonetta was a wonderful and responsibe agent."

"The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access "

"Very comfortable accommodation for a family of 5 (sofa bed for the 5th) but spacious villa, equipped kitchen, clean and quiet. The only thing missing was a baking sheet but we improvised. Majorie was very accommodating. Would we return? Definitely!"

The house does not have air condoning which we knew when we made the reservation but we didn't know we would have extreme heat during our visit which made us very hot and unable to escape the heat. "The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone."

"Our family of 8 recently stayed here. The villa is wonderful, fully equipped and spacious enough for us all. The bedroom configuration worked especially well for us (baby and toddler furthest away from living area). Beautifully clean with great outside space and gorgeous pool. We rented a car, but the walk to the beach and supermarket was an easy stroll also. Jolly beach is perfect for little ones, but other glorious beaches only minutes away by car. Communication was fantastic, all my queries...
