Very close to the Ark (5 minutes). House is well kept and has plenty of room. We had a great time and found this rental to be very convinient, especially having a full kitchen, compared to staying in a hotel. Owner was very responsive when we contacted him with a couple of questions. Great experience and would rent again.

Great Spot for our stop to see the Ark
Very nice property, super close to the Ark. Check in and out, very easy. Communication with host was great. We were very happy with our stay. We had 10 people and it fit us very comfortably.

Ark Encounter with grandkids
This was the perfect place to stay with our daughter and 4 grandkids. It was clean and well stocked with necessities, and close to the Ark Encounter. Plenty of beds, space to run around in the back, games and activities, etc. We just did not get to stay long enough! Hope to come back, and will plan to book this location when we do.

Our family had an excellent stay at Peter's home; clean, convenient, well-priced, and plenty of room for our family! Plus, it is cool playing on the air hockey, and it felt like a 5 minute drive to the Ark! Would stay here again.

The house was amazing! We had 8 people staying the weekend. The bunk beds in the rooms were perfect. The downstairs gaming area was nice. The kids loved the Air hockey table! We even got to use the grill for some steaks! Would definitely rent again!

Perfect family place to visit the Ark Encounter
This was a great place for our family of seven to visit the ark encounter. Well stocked with linens, coffee, and a big backyard for the kids to spread out in. The town of Dry Ridge had a lot of good restaurant choices..Highly recommend.
