Great place to stay for Ark visit

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The house was very clean and everything was perfect. The game room was a big hit for the kids. Definitely recommend this house and perfect location for Ark encounter.

The property was close to the Ark Encounter and local shops. The interior was excellent and the whole family enjoyed it. Especially the downstairs. It has two arcade style games and a large tv. The house is in an older neighborhood but everyone seemed friendly. The host made sure we had all the information we needed and checked on us to make we had everything we needed (through the app). The outside bushes could use some work but the interior has definitely been updated. We will absolutely stay here again

Convenient and Cozy
We stayed here on a quick trip to visit the Ark and the Creation Museum. Host was very communicative and helpful with all my questions. Location was convenient, right off the main highway and just around the corner from the Ark. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. House is newly renovated and clean. Plenty of space to seat everyone to eat at the table or relax and watch tv. Lots of shelf space in the shower which was really nice with 4 adults! We cooked 2 of our 3 nights and the kitchen was very well stocked. We stayed out of the basement game room since we had a 3 year old in tow who operates in destruct mode 90% of the time. We would gladly stay here again!

Comfortable And Convenient
To maximize our time at the nearby Ark Encounter, we decided to stay the night before and after. Renting this house ended up being a far better option than renting a couple of hotel rooms for our party of seven. The house was very comfortable, enjoyable, clean, affordable, and located in a wonderful spot. The drive was very convenient to the Ark. The neighborhood was quiet. Peter was a great host and very responsive. The only downsides are a single bathroom and the basement was very cool (which would have been most welcome in warmer weather). ] The house seems to have been recently renovated as everything appeared new/modern. Highly recommend it as a place to stay for a few nights.

Overpriced for what you get
The kitchen was the best organized room in the house and was well suited for family. The property was decent though for the price point it wasn’t quite finished. The downstairs game room had unfinished dry wall and exposed electrical in the ceiling. The host was not very helpful. We had a sudden death in the family and were not able to arrive due to the funeral on the day of our initial plans yet he was unwilling to offer us a refund for that day. And when I brought up multiple issues he didn’t apologize for the fact that the kitchen windows didn’t have locks or that he had a burner on the stove that didn’t work. I noticed a lot of unfinished paint in the bathroom as it looks like they just nailed it up and didn’t paint it.

A nice cozy place to stay for the weekend
It was clean and neat. The main living area had a nice big roundabout sofa facing a big screen, perfect for just hanging out or watching a movie together. Kitchen was spacious and had all the accommodations we needed to cook and clean up after meals. Bedrooms were a bit small but the beds were clean and comfortable. Basement has a nice hangout area too with some board games and two arcade games. Overall just a great place to spend an evening or two with a smaller group of friends or a family, especially after a day of checking out some of the attractions in the area like the Creation Museum or the Ark Encounter

Owner was very responsive and kind. Home was clean with minor cosmetics. Our family enjoyed the games and activities provided. Very kid friendly and properly priced. Wildlife on the property in the evenings was a bonus.

Nice place, kids loved playing the arcade games! Wish the city communicated better as a water main broke and the town was on a boil water advisory and we didn’t know,no fault of the property manager as no one communicated with the owner either.

Nice house even for a large family
We stayed here with our young family of 8 the night before and after we visited the ark. The location was great because we didn't have to wake up super early and drive to the ark. Communication with Peter was very good. He answered questions quickly and we had the check-in intension in plenty of time. The home had everything we needed and plenty of space for a large family. Everything felt very new yet and it was very clean. The game room was a hit with the kids and a good way to let Mom and Dad have quiet time while preparing meals. We'd stay here again.

We needed a nice place to stay so we could break up our drive to Gatlinburg. House was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, and pretty much right off the freeway. Plenty of coffee, and a welcome basket of snacks was a nice touch. A great place to stay if you are going to the ark.

We were skeptical at first not ever using VRBO or any “home rental” type of thing but we were all pleasantly surprised. This home was so nice, clean and comfortable. The downstairs play room was a huge hit with the kids. The neighborhood was quiet too. I would definitely rent here again.

This house was the perfect resting spot for our family. We slept well, had plenty of linens, and noticed everything was very clean! There were plenty of dishes. The kids enjoyed the downstairs. I would totally recommend!
