"We chose this cabin because it looked like a unique experience, and it was. It was unusually cold during our stay but we were cozy and toasty inside. The location is convenient to the Berkeley Springs warm springs spa amenities, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The rest of our pleasant weekend was spent in the cabin, cooking up meals in the well equipped kitchen and catching up with old friends by the wood stove. The property is scenic and peaceful. "Close to home but far enough to leave worries behind. We checked out local breweries and all were delicious with great atmosphere. Dinner in Emmitsburg was divine and they even gave me a single red rose for Valentine's. We loved the history and charm, the property for walking, and we played some of the very old board games in the home. The owner was very responsive and helpful with navigating the snowy driveway and cleared a path to the door! We reccommend highly and will definitely return!"
