Beautiful condo, fresh updates to furniture and flooring. Always very clean and accommodating. Centrally located so we can jump in the car and take many different mini road trips to local towns. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

This a very clean condo with a beautiful view of the golf course. Had everything you needed and was just perfect for our stay of 2 nights. It was decorated so cute and felt homey! We would totally stay here again!

Everything was so nice about this place. From the location to the comfortable beds, super clean and very well appointed. Even had quality toilet paper. 😂. Something you don’t always get at a vrbo. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay, but heard every noise from the tenant above us. If that is not a big deal to you, this is the place. The location is great, it's well stocked and very clean.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Everything is perfect! From the decor, to the munchie basket, the cleanliness, the communication..ALL 110% spot on. We stayed here for the Bayshore marathon and were able to get a great rest and great family vacation!! Cant wait to book again.

Clean, Relaxing Condo!
We had a great stay at this property! The condo was clean and had everything you would expect out of a rental. We spent most of our time watching golfers from the porch. It’s also walking distance to a restaurant and a couple minute drive to the pro shop at the grand traverse resort. We would definitely stay again!

As always a delightful stay.
The best condo for a stay in Traverse City. The amenities are outstanding. I was greeted with a welcome back basket of goodies. The condo is always VERY clean. Any feedback I have given in past stays has been addressed. It was a wonderful stay. My mother-in-law was with us this time and LOVED the condo.

PERFECT Traverse city vacation. Condo was spotless. Location is perfect for golf ..beach ..night life …restaurants. We have been vacationing there for 20 years. Always stayed at over priced hotel, NEVER AGAIN… this will be our go to location. So many thoughtful details to make you feel at home and welcomed. McGees is a MUST for dinner. Best meal we have had in Traverse City. THANK YOU!

Family Weekend
Wonderful place to stay with our son and his wife who live in MI and wanted to show us the area. Condo was very nicely appointed and stocked...including very thoughtful little touches like a customized welcome board, snacks, lots of coffee pods, and even extra golf balls (which i should have taken a few extra as i donated my share to the Wolverine and Bear courses). Our compliments to our host as you have gone out of your way to show hospitality to your. It was perfect for two couples and we would highly recommend this condo and this host.

Beautiful and peaceful
The condo was wonderful. It was a great location and very clean. I enjoyed the fluffy towels and the mattress was very comfortable. The only downside (which was my fault for not asking) there was only one small bathroom. For two people it was fine for two couples it would have been a struggle.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ivette's condo in Acme/Traverse City area. The location was great, still very close to all of the restaurants and activities and yet away from the hustle bustle. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck/patio area in the evening with the view of the golf course and the sunset. It was easily accessible with just two steps up to the front door and very close parking available. The condo was the most well stocked, cleanest and best decorated property we have ever visited. All of the furniture was comfortable, attractive and modern. The kitchen was just perfect, everything you could ever need to cook, k-cups included with the coffee set up, not to mention zip lock bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap etc! And it was absolutely spotless. SPOTLESS. That is something we always look for in a vacation rental and the kitchen as well as the whole condo was white glove clean! All of the bedding and towels were also so lovely and she had not one, but two makeup mirrors provided in each bedroom! Honestly, we had everything we needed and then some, you will not be disapointed in this rental, tons of books, games and dvd's to keep you or your kids busy in rainy weather too!

Very Disappointed
We were expecting a great stay based on the property description. However, I sensed things might not be the best when I had to email the property owner on the afternoon of our stay because our welcome email with the door code had not arrived. Upon arrival it was very noticeable by the landscaping and building exterior that this was an aging building that had not been kept up. The first thing we were greeted with upon entering was an extremely loud and old wall air conditioning unit that is so outdated it has no temperature control, meaning it was either turned off or screaming on. The bedrooms could not be cooled by this unit, table fans and ceiling fans are the only options in these rooms. With summer weather in the high 80's this was far from comfortable. The bathroom sinks hot water handle was so loose it nearly fell off and the toilet paper holder was in the same condition. I won't even go into the duct tape holding the heat registers together. With a high cleaning fee required, could the cleaning people not see these things and do a quick fix? The most unpleasant detail besides the major road noise, was Quasimodo who lives upstairs. Slamming, running, hard footsteps and loud TV was a constant for our entire stay. While I understand that the owner can't control everything it would stand to reason that they would work with neighbors to provide at least a tolerable noise level for their guests. This unit is charging top dollar for a below par property. My advice is seek other places to stay.
