Remember your childhood memories of wonderful Northern Michigan summers, or create new ones with your family. Our adorable two bedroom, three bath condo is newly renovated and is sure to make your stay in Williamsburg one you will always remember.

Our condo is located on Grand Traverse Resort’s beach club “The Shores” on East Grand Traverse Bay, just minutes from downtown Traverse City. This suite is a water and beach lover’s dream.

The bay view is amazing from one of our balconies, the beach is beautiful sand and just a short walk out of the door. East Bay is great for swimming and relaxing or jet ski, paddle board and boat rentals are on site and available through Blue Sky Rentals.

Three world-class championship golf courses are less than 1/2 mile away at The Grand Traverse Resort.

The condo is located 40 miles east of Sleeping Bear Dunes named by Good Morning America as “The Most Beautiful Place in America” in 2011 and named the #1 thing to do by TripAdvisor.

The condo is fully furnished. We supply all linens, pillows, towels (bath towels, hand towels and washcloths) paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans. We have an induction cook top and an apartment sized refrigerator.

We have a master bedroom, with en suite full bathroom attached, which includes a full shower and separate jetted jacuzzi tub. In the main living area we have a kitchenette, living room, eating area and another full bath. The second bedroom is also an attached en suite with full bathroom. Both beds are queens and the sofa pull out is full sized. All appliances, carpeting, beds and flooring are brand new!

This condo is ideally suited for a large family or several couples together looking to build lifelong memories.

Great property!

The condo worked great for our family of 6 and served as a central location to explore northwest Michigan. The owner was very responsive, and the beach is wonderful - the only drawback was lack of an oven in the unit. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great property and location

Really enjoyed the size quality and location of the property. The condo is a great size for a family with teenagers - space, bathrooms etc . The private beech with 10 mins from a large supermarket and Traverse city made it a great location

Beautiful East Bay view from multiple balconies, vaulted ceilings add to spaciousness, plenty of space to accommodate all. This property along with our own in the same community helped to make our family celebration wonderful.

Great stay

Lovely chic apartment right on the beach. Convenient proximity to town and nearby attractions. Apartment is super clean, quiet (no noise at night) and beautifully decorated with superb functionality. Annie was super responsive but we didn’t need her help. We had a great time there with 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Perfect location, great host. Easy to find & get to. Quiet (even for Cherry Fest) yet easy access to town. Loved that that the city ran a free shuttle service stop just down the road so we didn’t have to navigate TC. Perfectly appointed decor and essential supplies for cooking and hanging out. Only bummer is this is located on 3rd floor who lugging gear up suffered some complaints from my teens & older in laws. :)
