Family vacation
We had a short stay for our family vacation. It was close to Busch Gardens and about an hour from the beach. We also colonial Williamsburg and it was very close to that. The property has a lot to offer and my family looks forward to staying again!

Great location and amenities
This resort had so many amenities for our children to do when we were not out and about. The location was great for visiting Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. We drove a little over an hour to spend the day at Virginia Beach. Our next trip is already booked!

Wonderful experience
Everything was great. The one thing that we’re were a little bummed about is the playground equipment had apparently just been removed and we were looking forward to enjoying that with our toddler.

Spacious Stay
We loved the location, close to W&M, easy drive to the beach and wine country. The accommodations were spacious providing plenty of room for the two of us, but could easily accommodate a family. Full kitchen was well stocked. We did not participate in the activities at the club but they had a lot of daily events listed. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a resort, so you'll have to endure the timeshare sales pitch. However, the place is really nice, the price is outstanding, and the experience was great!

We very much enjoyed the property. It was clean, spacious, and a great location for us to visit Colonial Williamsburg, the Jamestown Settlement and the Museum at Yorktown. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of the amenities within the complex.

Enjoyable Time
The property is awesome! That was our second time this year there. The only thing that was a problem was the kids jumping in the pool and splashing even when asked not to, they still came back to that spot, and jumped again. The parents were also very rude and told me to go to the adult pool. Which I have my own kids, who I don’t allow to jump in a pool when people are there. I would never leave them. Thank you for having an awesome place!

Christmas Vacation
I enjoyed the stay. It was a nice community. However, communicating with the host was below average. This is the first time I've stayed in a VRBO property and was unable to verbally/electronically communicate with the host directly. Check-in (unable to locate reservation) was a disaster and the Wyndham staff wasn't able to reach the host either. I left voicemails and kept calling only to receive a recording. I called VRBO a few times and they were unsuccessful in reaching the host. In the future, I will book directly with Wyndham as recommended to avoid the delay in the check-in process. The KOALA team can definitely improve on their customer service and communication with their customers.

Convenient condo but management was a nightmare!
The condo itself was just fine. It had a very small kitchen area and the kitchen faucet swiveled annoyingly until someone came to fix it. The bedroom was a good size and the color scheme was nice. The furniture in the living room was comfortable. The big problem was management. I was supposed to be in the condo for 28 days. However, part way through I was told that I would have to move to a different unit and be out that day! Management claimed that they had left messages but I never got the information.They said that the people who had the time share were coming to town the next day. Before that happened I asked for new sheets at 9 a.m. and I called 5 times after that but the linens didn't arrive until 8:30 that night. For my troubles they gave me an American Express gift card worth $100. I decided to use it at the restaurant where I was having dinner for New Year's Eve. The bill was over $100 but the gift card only would pay for $75! It was so embarrassing!!! Then I was told that I would receive a new American Express card but that hasn't shown up! I will never stay at another Wyndham property again.
