"Condo was beautiful! Location is awesome. Right on the beautiful Lucaya beach and close to the port Lucaya Marketplace. Anything you could possibly need was supplied in this condo. Owner was easy to reach and very accommodating when it came to responding to any questions we had. People in the building were great’ very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning! Thank you JF for a wonderful stay and for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!"

"Place was roomy, and pretty clean. But, there was not regular linen service(change of sheets or bed making/turning). Beach sand was fluffy and amazing. Staff were very friendly and attentive. They do need to update the shuffleboard. Pucks were broke and mismatched. And the poles were broke from wear and tear. But, we made it work.😃 Ping pong table and equipment were excellent (better than was shown on website). We had a great time, and recommend for a relaxing vacation.👍"

"There is a “spa-like” feel which is perfect for a tropical escape. The colors used in the decor contribute to a sense of relaxation & calm. The description is 100% accurate w/some additions: plenty of extra large beach towels. As of Feb 3rd everything was brand new: 12 stainless cookware set, flatware, dinnerware, glassware (various sizes), toaster, blender, coffee maker, knife set, numerous kitchen accessories & gadgets. New owners have been thoughtful with providing a well-known brand of plant-based shampoos, conditioner, body wash, face, hand soap, dishwashing liquid & other cleaning products. Owners’ have insured their guests have everything & more for their Grand Bahama getaway. Full Disclosure: For the last three years I have been a guest at this lovely, well maintained with great attention to detail property. The new owners continue to raise the bar with their special touches. I will again be returning next year."

"Very nice condo, fully equiped. Lovely patio with beautiful tropical plantings providing privacy. Quick walk to the pool. Great restaurant by the pool with delicious food and daily specials. Just a few more steps to the gorgeous beach. Great beachcombing. Designated swimming area. Very pleased with our week long stay. Host very responsive. "

"Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top of each other. The private pool is a nice added touch when coming in from the beach/boat. Since most of the party arrived by boat, and I traveled alone Bob and Carole were so nice to arrange for a reliable and trusted taxi driver to pick me up at the airport to meet up with the rest of the guests. I HIGHLY recommend Hayward with Grand Bahama Taxi & Tours to get you to your destinations if you choose not to use the van or need a ride to and from the airport. Bob and Carole were amazing with communication and gave a list of recommendations of things to do or where to eat. We only ate out once as we took full advantage of the kitchen/grill but the LaRoc was delicious food/drinks and a cool little vibe. My husband surprised me with a "swim with the pigs" excursion which wasn't too far from the location of the house. It was nice to be able to pull up on the boat and walk onto shore have a drink and feed/swim with the pigs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back!"
