"Made a 3 day reservation, but got snowed out of Flagstaff the first night. Property was dated, but OK for an overnight. No fridge, coffee or microwave in rooms. Bare bones. Folgers crystals in the office for a cup if you choose. Owner resolved an overcharge issue PROMPTLY, and we somewhat enjoyed our 2 day stay. Located close to everything!"

"Check in was not good at all. Went to hand me two cookies and my room keys and I had NOT even checked in. They were for a couple seated at the coffee bar. Checking out was even FORSE. Could NOT print me a receipt. They had two printers that did NOT work. So I have to check if I received my $150.00 back they took out for a deposit and did NOT even tell me until I ckecked in about this fee. I was NOT happy. Room was great, NEW hotel. "
