NEWLY remodeled home with a fully fenced landscaped back yard. There is a large covered patio that over looks the grassy area perfect to let the kids or pets play and is the regulated distance for corn hole! Whether your family is looking to get competitive or relax and not worry about a thing this home has it all from the 4 person hot tub to the multiple fire pits. Our home is extremely clean and well kept. The Williams house is walking distance to the rodeo grounds, walking distance to downtown and route 66, walking distance to the polar express, walking distance to the best bars and restaurants that Williams has to offer. Oh but that is not all, we are close to our beautiful lakes to swim or fish, there are great trails, we are close to the new amusement park, not far from BEARIZONA, we are 45 minutes to the GRAND CANYON, and only 45 minutes to the base of the SAN FRANCISCO PEAKS (SKIING+SNOWBOARDING+SCENIC CHAIR LIFT) We would love a chance to share our home with you! Great house
We were there for a week. Main thing was we attended the Route 66 car show. In front of house is enough parking space for our 2 car trailers till we could move them into short term storage at the RV park. Great house.

Homebase for Grand Canyon Visit
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your immaculate home. It was so comfortable and very convenient to downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet. Loved having the cornhole game to play in the large backyard! It was a great way to unwind after our day at the Grand Canyon. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Prefect property and location for Grand Canyon
The Williams house was just what we needed for the two of us as a home base for our adventures to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Las Vegas. It was very clean and comfortable, had sufficient amenities/appliances, and the neighborhood was quiet. We liked that it was very close to the Safeway grocery store. We used the hot tub most nights as it was very soothing after a day of touring and hiking. Also, enjoyed the fireplace - very warming on those cool evenings. Shelbi was extremely cordial and easy to communicate with. We did have an issue with the hot tub, but she came as soon as she could (which as after dark) to fix the issue. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Very easy communication- easy check in. Home is immaculate- as described. Hot tub was very relaxing. Don’t be concerned about neighborhood- very quiet and law official resides next door. I would stay again.

So cute!
We stayed two nights and really enjoyed our stay! The home was so cute and had everything we needed. The location was very close to restaurants, gas, and groceries. The trip to and from The Grand Canyon was an easy drive. We were under a winter storm warning on our last night and the owners gave great advise on which route to take to avoid heavier snowfall.

The property was exactly as advertised and was lose to shops, restaurants and things to do. Shelbi was kind enough to leave the boys candy for Easter. They loved that. The check-in and checkout process was easy and everything was easy to find because they were well labeled. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!
Absolutely amazing stay! Williams had a huge snow storm right before we arrived. The owner made sure the driveway was cleared for us. The house was spotless and nicely updated. Everything is well organized and labeled! We loved the ease of flipping a switch for the living room fireplace. Hot tub after our daily adventures was a great plus! Shelbi was the most responsive owner I've ever dealt with. Thank you for sharing this great rental!

We stayed here to drive up to the Grand Canyon and the house was perfect. Immaculately clean, good location, the hot tub was awesome to relax in under the stars. Communication was great! The check in and check out process was easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great communication with the owner. Great house. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but it was heated and ready for us, we just didn't have time. If visiting in the winter, bring thick socks or slippers, the floors are cold.

Darling remodeled house
Everything was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. The patio was enjoyable, the hot tub was clean ! We did wonder about the neighborhood but ended up just fine nice and quiet, we never saw anybody ! Lovely and comfortable! Comforts of home!!!
This was our 1st experience with getting an air B&B and it was very positive! We stayed in Williams AZ at this very cute and comfortable home. The comfort and quietness of the location was great and there were nice amenities that were offered (hot tub, fire pit, spacious fence back yard) that made it just so much nicer than staying in a hotel. We plan to return next time we want to go and visit the Grand Canyon and surrounding attractions.
