So beautiful, clean, quiet, safe. Easy check in. Privacy. Again, gorgeous property and surrounding. We stayed because of our trip to the Polar Express. We will be coming back to stay here again when we visit Bearizona and the Grand Canyon again. Also wonderful space for our dog.

Great location for Grand Canyon
It's a straight shot from this house north of Williams up to the Grand Canyon (about 1 hour drive), which was perfect for us. We loved this cabin! Very cute and comfortable and clean. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The house is located back several dirt roads, but they are easy for any vehicle. Wish we had more time to explore Williams, because it also seemed delightful. Be sure to get gas in Williams, on the other side of 40 (big price difference), don't wait until you're on the road to Grand Canyon. We also got groceries in Flagstaff before coming to Williams.

Great Weekend in the Pines
The Knotty Pine was a great choice to stay while up to visit for Bearizona and the Polar Express for the weekend (within 15 minutes to both). More than enough room for us and the three kids. Boys spent a lot of time playing out on the property collecting pinecones, sticks, and rocks. Pellet stove made for a cozy relaxing evening to watch movies. Great little cabin details. We would stay here again.

The property was very clean, well equipped and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, kept, close to the Grand Canyon, Williams and Bearizona Wildlife Park for day trips. Great Cabin off the Beaten Path
The cabin and property were very welcoming, full of all the basics The owners went out of their way to make it comfy and cozy -- the ambiance is great and the furniture qutie comfy. We were grateful for the speedy laundry machine, too! If you're arriving at night, be sure to read over the provided directions and pay attention!) If we're back in the area, we'll definitely look this place up again!

We spent a relaxing Christmas weekend here
This property was immaculate and cozy. It even had a decorated Christmas tree which was lit when we arrived. The Keurig coffee maker even came with pods of coffee for our use. The location was perfect- away from the hustle and bustle. And the pellet stove was so comforting and cozy. Very

Good location / Cute Cabin
The cabin location was a perfect hub for us since we went from the grand canyon to page to the hoover dam, and south past sedona and jerome. We had everything we needed to cook there. There was plenty of coffee and other necessities for our 10 nights. The laundry facilities and fenced yard were a bonus. Entry and checkout was easy. Communication was easy and great! The decor was nice. We liked the wood walls and ceiling. The king size bed downstairs was very comfortable. We did not utilize the upstairs area. We were within 15 minutes of williams where there was plenty of food options.

Perfect getaway
We rented this cabin for 5 days. It was the perfect way to recharge our batteries. The cabin is close enough to town so you can run to the grocery store or go eat but far enough off the path to make you feel like you are in the woods. The cabin was super clean and stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home. Our family loved sitting on porches and star gazing at night and exploring Williams. We will definitely be back. Thank you for allowing our family to rent this beautiful cabin!!

Cozy cabin close to Williams attractions, restaurants, breweries & local parks and lakes
Cozy little cabin...used as hub as we visited stores, restaurants, breweries & the local parks and lakes of Williams, AZ. Enjoyed playing card games, Left/Right/Center, Aggravation, and other games during the evenings and during the few times that gentle monsoon rains arrived. TV & WiFi were also good alternatives. Loved to hear the crow of a neighbor's rooster each morning...the bleating of goats & the daily visit from a roaming, but friendly White Horse...not sure where he belonged, but he sure enjoyed the carrots we offered... All in all...a wonderful way to spend time with family & also beat the heat of the Phoenix summer

Nice place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was easy to get to but there is a well maintained dirt/gravel road. We didn’t have 4wheel drive and it was fine but if the weather is bad I wouldn’t want to deal with it. The property was clean and cozy and was stocked with the main necessities we needed. There is just TV with Dish network, no streaming services. We watched on my laptop and the internet was a bit slow but we could steam with a little bit of waiting for loading. The cell service was fine. Was the perfect place to stay with you want close access to Flagstaff and The Grand Canyon. We would stay here again.

Great house
I absolutely loved this house, it’s just a few miles outside of Williams. It seemed to be well stocked, I didn’t cook. The fenced in yard was a bit muddy due to the rain and snow which made it hard to keep the floors clean. If you haven’t had a water pump before it makes you jump when it kicks in, ours at home is outside so this one made me jump. Bring your slippers, I have never had a house without a basement before so I don’t know if that is why but the floors seemed cold. It was just my husband and I so didn’t use the upstairs bedrooms. Oh, if your phone can’t find the internet, the router is probably unplugged…. It took me a hot minute to figure that one out. I hope you enjoy your trip as much as we did.

Wonderful Williams Getaway
We had a wonderful time. We used the home as our base to attend my son's NAU graduation. After the graduation, there was a long line of traffic waiting to get on I-17. We were fortunate enough to avoid all the chaos as our GPS took us on a back road to I-40 west and the house was an easy drive. The home was clean and well cared for. The location is very rural but there are a few houses nearby so we didn't feel unsafe. Being so rural, I thought that perhaps we would encounter wild life but we saw none. We were excited to see a fire pit and hoped to use it but the weather kicked up suddenly and we were concerned about the wind. We decided to leave the fire for another time. The beds were very comfortable. When we arrived we were a bit concerned with the amount of heat that accumulated in the upstairs bedrooms. There are no AC vents upstairs but Mother Nature took care to cool off the bedrooms as soon as the windows were opened and the fans that are provided were put into use. No complaints from the upstairs. The owners were easy to work with and I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful
We were very impressed with this rental cabin! I am very picky about vacation rentals as I am a clean freak. After seeing some reviews and the pictures of the cabin I was not excited about renting it for the week. Yet, it was the only place available at the last minute. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the cabin. It was very nice inside, very clean and well maintained! The pictures do NOT do this cabin justice. It is bigger than what the pictures lead you to believe and so much nicer! The beds were very nice. So nice in fact, that I pulled the heavy hotel sheets back to see what the brand/style of the mattress was. I was very happy to see how new and clean the bed and bedding was! The cabin is well stocked with extra bedding, sheets, comforters, pillows, quilts, blankets, towels (all nice, newer and clean). The cabin is also stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, cleaners, ect.. Kitchen is well equipped with cookware, yet make sure to bring your own spices. A kureg (never used one before) and coffee to go with it is stocked well for your trip along with plenty of ice in the freezer. The heater works very well along with the pellet burning wood stove. During our stay the cabin received two foot of snow. We stayed in the first day at we had no plans to go anywhere. The next day a neighbor came by and plowed the driveway and the road, we thanked him, good man. Neighbor hood is quiet, neighbors are all nice, waving and saying hi. Cabin is on a dead end road making it quiet. The cabin is also on an acre of land, making it peaceful and your own get away with no one right on top of you. The back yard fencing is very well done, so it will keep the dogs in. You can walk a few houses down to get to Cataract Canyon, great hiking. The canyon was in two foot of snow during our stay, so we took the sleds and made a 300' snow sleding run down thru the canyon for the kids. Do to the snow, the owners contacted us prior to us heading up to the cabin to make sure we were ok with the snow and possiblity of being snowed in. We are ranchers and have heavy duty trucks, so not much of a concern for us. We were in contact with the owners a few times throughout the stay only to discuss the snow. They are good people and seem to be on top of things. We would and will rent this cabin again and can highly recommend it.

Nice, cozy house in a quiet neighborhood.
We were here for three nights. The house is exactly as pictured, very nice and clean with everything you need for a short stay. We loved the location, a few miles from town and a short drive to the Grand Canyon. My only slight complaint is maybe a bigger TV in the living room. I know not a lot of people are here to watch TV, so it's not a big deal. Otherwise, everything was really great! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others too!

Nice and clean house, enjoyed our stay
Very nice and clean house, well equipped. We felt welcome. The only thing i would change , ad a bathroom where the walk in closet it next to the downstairs bedroom. We were with six of us, all adults, took us forever to get ready in the morning. Other than that we liked our stay. Would reccommend the house to other people
