Great quiet spot half way between Sedona and the Grand Canyon
The property was immaculate and the property manager responded immediately to questions. We didn’t stay here long because we spent most of our trip outdoors but we did cozy up each night and watch TV - it felt like home. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property close to the Grand Canyon
Outside dining area was delightful; a perfect property from which to see the stars at night. A lovely home to return to after a long day at the Grand Canyon, and close enough to historic Route 66 in Williams to have many options for shopping and dining away from the more expensive Grand Canyon adjacent areas. Minor issues with toilet handle not returning by itself, causing some unwanted water waste, but property management was very communicative.

peaceful and close proximity to the canyon
Visited with girl friends to hike in the canyon - it's about a 45 minute drive if I recall correctly which was convenient for us. Everything was so beautiful, and we really loved coming home (exhausted) to a clear sky with every star visible. I would definitely stay here again :)

Starry, Starry Night -OMG
This was a great VRBO.It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The vibe was not luxury, but when you are less than an hour from the Grand Canyon, luxury is found outside, which it was. The night skies were amazing.

It was a nice place. It was perfect for our needs as we wanted to stay close to the Grand Canyon. The home was nice. The yard was amazing and you can tell there was a lot of work done to make it nice. It was relaxing and nice.

Lovely Mountain Retreat
We had a grand stay in the Williams area and were especially happy to be able to spend a week at the Charnley's property. The house and grounds were meticulously maintained and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The interior of the house is spacious and well-appointed. The view from the property is spectacular as were the sunsets. It's proximity to Williams and Flagstaff make it well worth the trip.

Tranquil and Beautiful
We had a group of six women and were extremely pleased with the property. The house was roomy, clean and well-stocked. We prepared all our meals there. The spacious property had a lovely layout and we enjoyed using the fire pit at night. No complaints at all!

Perfect for families
It was as beautiful as the pictures show and lots of room for kids to run and have a good time. We saw a jackrabbit for the first time ever and my husband saw a wildcat! it was so cool. The beds were comfortable and the living room was perfect to sit and watch some college football. It was easy to find with our GPS and the views from the from porch were amazing!

It was quiet and peaceful. It had a great view. It was wonderful for being comfortable inside or many wonderful places to sit outside. It was well stocked in terms of dishes and pans so we could prepare our own meals. And not a long drive to the Grand Canyon and not a long drive to William.

Off beaten path - Near Route 66 and the Canyon
We loved the location - reasonable access (under an hour) to canyon and within 10 minutes of downtown Williams. The place was clean and well maintained. The stars at night were amazing!!! Gotta admit the dirt road ride off the main road was concerning but all worked out well!!! The only negative was the lack of wifi. However, we would stay there again!!!

Short weekend away
This was a great place to stay for a weekend away! I would recommend anyone who stays to bring their own pots and pans and kitchen cleaning/supplies. It is a rental so the kitchen stuff is pretty old and dirty but it worked well for us still! Great property and location we all had a relaxing fun time in the house. It had plenty of towels and bed sheets. It is close to a great petting zoo/deer farm and Bearizona!

Charming rural getaway
This property is definitely rural and off the beaten path, but it was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. It was less than an hour drive to Grand Canyon and 5 minutes to Williams, (where we enjoyed casual meals and shopped at a nice Safeway). Seeing the Milky Way out my front door was an experience I haven't had in a long time. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking an authentic Arizona desert getaway.
