Truly enjoyed our stay. Location close to town and the neighborhood was lovely! The home had all that we needed. It was a nice to see and be some where new!!
We had 5 adults. Perfect space for everyone to spread out and have own room and bathroom. Scenery around house was stunning, quick to town and grocery store. Owner very responsive. Easy check in and out.
Beautiful home. Great location. Walking distance to the lake and golf course. Nice quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately the golf cart was down during our stay but there was plenty of other things to do. Only downfall was the trash can was never emptied so there was a smell at first. We would definitely stay here again such a nice house.
We stayed for a family reunion and it was perfect for us. It was a little warm the week we stayed so AC would have been a nice addition but the nights cooled off quickly and sleep was good. We will definitely return!

We picked this house based on the location. We were going to spend one full day at the Grand Canyon, and had a rafting trip planned for the other day. This house was a perfect halfway point to both. All the amenities you'll need.
We loved having two master bedrooms and trundle bunk beds! TVs in every room were great. But we loved having the huge dining table for game night the most. My boys were even able to walk to the lake for early morning fishing. We will totally be back. LOVE THIS PLACE!
Beautiful weather, nice house, cool bathrooms, located near many attractions. The mouse that scurried along the baseboard one evening completely freaked out my daughter-in-law for the rest of our stay, however.
Just a terrific spot for our family vacation. We loved the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Williams is a fun town with lots to do. We jumped on the train for the Canyon visit, but the Williams location allowed us to easily visit Flagstaff, Sedona, Bearizona, etc. Communication with Stephanie was so easy and prompt. We absolutely loved the entire experience!
About an hour outside of Grand Canyon, this was a perfect base for our family. We had 4 adults and 1 teenager and there was plenty of room for everyone. Couple of notes - listing said there would be laundry detergent but the bottles were empty so we had to buy our own. There was wood for the fire pit but only one chair. Would have been nice to have extra blankets and pillows, as well as extra towels. Overall a good stay, we would return!

Lovely, clean home with double master suites.
House was lovely and clean. However, lacked basic needs. Since no a/c we were disappointed we couldn't enjoy the fresh air without screens on the bedroom doors. There was lack of basic kitchen and bathroom needs. Home needed a lot of maintenance with small repairs, such as doors not staying closed on bedrooms and bathrooms. Ice maker did not function. There was no patio furniture to sit on around the firepit or for dining outside.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and easy to find. Owner graciously labeled all the cabinets/drawers in the kitchen which made it super easy to find everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen with spices and condiments plus some small appliances (only thing it was missing was wine glasses but I drank my red wine out of a cozy mug 😆) next time we will bring our own 💕
Beds were comfy and clean, water armed up quickly and the bath/shower were spacious.
My kids had a blast in the backyard playing with the snow & we sat by the firepit enjoying the fire.
Would definitely stay here again, thank you for a great stay!
They house is gorgeous and very clean! We came up from the Verde Valley for a good tournament. There were not outside chairs for the fire pit. The yard is not completed yet so we could not sit out there. There is no A/C which was hard because it was 89* inside during the day. The reclining couch did not recline. The house itself was amazing and the location was great.
Overall a nice clean newer and safe home. For us it was only a two night stay, But if we were to stay any longer, the home is light on sheets, they felt like sleeping on a shower curtain, very thin and slippery with lots static! We were smart enough to bring our own pillows. There’s very little glasses, all plastic if you want a drinking glass bring your own. However there’s nice cooking utensils & surprisingly white Mikasa plates. We were gone most of the time with activities so it worked out great for us. As far as communication I’m not sure. As I reached out with no replies after for first initial booking. But could be the VRBO app itself. Enjoy if you choose the property
This was a very nice house. Brand new, very clean, decently equipped, beautiful location. It is very convenient to the town center of William - 5 minute drive. We used it as a base for visiting the Grand Canyon, which meant about a 1 hour drive to and from the park. Stephanie (the owner) was very communicative and easy to get in touch with. The one flaw is that it is a house in Arizona with no Air Conditioning. While the listing is accurate, in that it only lists heat, I think this should be something pulled up to the top level description. We used it at the end of September, and while bearable, it was a bit uncomfortable in the afternoons. October-May should be fine. In July, this would be a non-starter for me. If it had AC added I would re-book it in a heartbeat for a future trip.. Oh, and one other minor thing is that the TV has no cable or satellite TV available, so many shows are hard to come by unless you have subscriptions to streaming services.
Two families that live half a country apart who decided to meet up someplace new and explore, this place was perfect for our needs! We loved the two Master suites and the bunk beds for the kids as well as the TVs in each room was great!
There were a couple small things though, the furnace finger was completely clogged which caused allergies and poor circulation of air. The kitchen faucet want working great and all of the for handles were a Little loose. We also upgraded the kitchen by leaving a wine bottle opener. 😁 Overall, awesome stay!
We enjoyed out stay, the home is nice and very comfortable and a great location close to everything Williams has to offer. However we did struggle to get the house to cool down as there is no air conditioning, even with all the door and window open and fans running. Some patio chairs would be a nice addition to enjoy the cool nights. We will plan to come back, just later in the fall.
NO AC. NO WINDOWS to open in one of the bedrooms to cool it off in the evening. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. The whole house was very warm during the daytime as well.
NO PATIO FURNITURE.
NO GRILL utensils to go with the charcoal grill.
NO CABLE
The ice maker and water dispenser did not work in the fridge.
Kitchen faucet only sprays water and needs to be replaced or fixed.
Food was left in over from previous guest. Dog hair and dirt on floors.
Be sure to ask if the golf cart is working. We were unable to use due to flat/low tires.
Newer home with beautiful views. Close to freeway. Lots of pots and pans.
This place needs some TLC and an AC unit.

We enjoyed our Arizona adventure. This house was a perfect home base for our activities. My grandsons loved sleeping in the bunk beds and looking for (and finding) deer in the neighborhood.
