Comfortable Newer House Easy Walk to Town
Very well equipped, clean, comfortable home easy walk to Grand Canyon Railway and Route 66. Quite close to the Interstate with some noise through the night.

Christmas stay
Our family spent Christmas at this property and it had everything we needed. It’s on a quiet street and lots of things to do around and in the town. We were very comfortable there and would definitely come back.

My sister-in-law and I enjoyed our stay at your house in Williams, AZ. We drove from there to the Grand Canyon and several other sites in the area. We also enjoyed eating and looking around in Williams at the end of our sight-seeing days.

Great Stay!
We would stay here again! Very nice. Keep in mind the child's bed in 2nd bedroom would probably fit no bigger than a 5 or 6 year old. It was a lovely place!

The cute little house was perfect for two couples! It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. It is located in a quite neighborhood just a couple of minutes from the downtown area. We would definitely stay again!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!
The place was exactly as described. It was so clean and cozy. Plus, the kitchen area was well stocked, and we even had some sweet treats! We were 2 couples traveling and it was exactly what we needed. It had a walk-in shower which was so handy for one of our party who has mobility issues. It was a perfect location for our Grand Canyon adventure! The hosts were so nice and were so easy to communicate with too. If I could give it more than 5 starts I would! Highly recommend this rental!

The house was very clean and centrally located. Loved the outside fire pit and barbecue area. The field of sunflowers and mountain behind the house were beautiful. We enjoyed coming “home” each evening after a day of exploring the beautiful area.

This property was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The owner contacted me a week or so before our trip with some information. She was very helpful with area suggestions. We explored the area and rode the train to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Great vacation!!!

Home away from home
The house is very clean, neat, very thoughtfully designed. It is cozy, and perfect for family. We enjoyed monopoly game on a cold, snowy evening. It is very close to the downtown, neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We loved it. I would highly recommend to stay in that place.

Wonderful Place for Family
This property had everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. It also had quite a few left-over (non-expired) condiments, and other food, such as PB & J, pancakes, etc., so if you are not a regular temporary renter, stop at the property before the grocery store. The owner was also accommodating as far as infant needs: although not on the website, she did provide a pack and play.

We totally enjoyed our stay. There was four of us and we all love to plays games. It was great to seat at a normal table and enjoy our evenings after a day of site seeing. It was within alpine distance of several places., grocery store , restaurants, etc. Did I mention how clean it is. Lol

Like a brand new home. Incredibly clean. Plenty of towels and linens. And they had bathroom spray! Very important with a family of boys. 😂 Great location. Close to Williams and the interstate. Plenty of space inside. Great master bath.

Does not sleep 7, but otherwise perfect
First of all this property was beautiful, well maintained and extremely clean. It is in a great location, has a Safeway nearby and is an easy drive to the Grand Canyon. The ONLY reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a five is because it does not sleep seven. It lists a futon, which was not there. The bed situation is one king, one queen (agreed with another review, not the most comfortable), a toddler bed (baby bed size mattress), a twin air mattress (we were unable to inflate due the the pump being out of batteries and no charger available), and the couch (NOT a pullout bed). There was a pack-n-play, but that did not fit our needs.

Early Spring Grand Canyon Trip. Route 66!
FIVE STARS! Highly rated in a quiet, quaint town. Had a fantastic stay at this house in Williams. Very comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen is roomy with plenty of glassware, plates, dishes and utensils. Also plenty of staples in the cabinets and fridge. Don’t do what we did and stock up on what other VRBOs have been missing like sugar, salt, pepper, etc. Plus there are a LOT of specialty spices. Two types coffee makers for pod lovers or small carafe type brewing. Good size living room with plenty of seating and lots of natural light. Master bedroom is definitely large and relaxing with a large bathroom, walk in shower and plenty of towels. Second bedroom is good size with a queen bed for a couple of kids and a cute little toddler bed our grandson wanted to sleep in. At 7 we convinced him he was too big for that. Washer and dryer is also stocked, so you don’t have to bring/buy small size detergent or dryer sheets. Wonderful outdoor space with gazebo, table and chairs and nice gas grill. Also a fire pit and benches! We got a cold spell with snow the first night, so didn’t use the outdoor space much except to shovel a little snow and then play in it. Our Grandson had a blast and was hoping for more snow the next day! He doesn’t see much of that in Charlotte (thankfully). Extremely quiet neighborhood all day long and very dark at night for sleeping, which we love! We tried to do stargazing the last night, but the town lights still wash out some.
