Quaint Sleep 8 In Downtown Walk to Lake Pets OK

Our 3 bedroom, NON SMOKING, spacious house is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a Lake Geneva getaway. The house is a 1900’s Dutch colonial, with all the old-school charm a house from that era would offer. Location is ideal for walking to the beach, shops/restaurants, park/nature trail, public boat launch and walking trail around the lake. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per stay. Fully enclosed fenced in back yard. Pack and Play, highchair and baby gate available.

Three bedrooms located upstairs including a master with private bath, second full bathroom is located in the main floor along with the eat-in kitchen, living room, office/work area and dining area. Other features include:
- 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each – Plus full size trundle bed on 1st floor common area - Separated by movable curtains
- 2 full baths – 1 part of master bedroom other off the kitchen
- Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and coffee service
- Carpet on 2nd floor; Hardwood/engineered wood floors on main level
- Ample off-street parking
- Close proximity to gas station/convenience store (adjacent property to east)
- Outdoor space includes seating on front porch, deck off kitchen, gas grill and fire pit in yard
- Fenced in back yard

We enjoyed our stay at your cottage in Williams Bay. Our family had a nice time visiting the area. The weather didn’t cooperate it we still enjoyed our weekend! Your home was was very comfortable for our family of 5 + dog. Everything was very clean and updated and location was great!

Check in process and communication with manager was excellent. The house was perfectly located for our group. We were within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and a nice nature preserve to walk, and only a short distance to Lake Geneva. The house was spacious (4 adults), clean, and well equipped. We'd definitely stay here again.

Fun family getaway
The house was perfect for our family of 6 people. Plenty of room to sleep and enjoy the house. Location was good too. You can walk to the restaurants in William’s Bay and to the beach. Our host, Mike was always available to answer any questions we had. Would come back again.

Beautiful property minutes away from Lake Geneva
We really enjoyed our time at the Hideway at the Lake! Such a cozy, homey place which was perfect for our weekend away. And the best part was we got to enjoy the time with our dog. He loved going for walks while getting to see the wildlife as well. Mike was so responsive and you can see the hard work the put into updating it. Will definitely recommend it to others and stay here again.!

We only had a few days to get away and this location was perfect. We packed up the pooches, and drove a couple of hours for some fresh air, fishing, and supper club dining. Excellent property all the way around, beautifully redesigned and ample space for our family. Great communication with owner who was flexible when Vrbo was giving us some hiccups. highly recommend.

Great experience. House is well updated and nicely kept. Owners are very attentive with great communication. Area is very safe and everything is a super short drive away. Williams bay is a great halfway point between Fontana and Lake Geneva so all within 10 minutes of one another! Would absolutely recommend this property and stay again in the future!

Clean and close to the action
A group of friends and our adult children visited Williams Bay and loved the house. It was clean and better than described. How often does that happen? Also loved the location a few blocks walk to Pier 290 and Harpoon Willys. It was next to the Mobile gas station, but there was no gas smell or excess noise from the business. In fact, it was convenient to take 30 steps to their store for ice, drinks, snacks, etc. Thank you for a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

None of the bedrooms had lamps..only light with fan in ceiling. Description of location on Virbo was not entirely accurate in terms of distance to beach and the fact that the house is directly behind a gas station.

A lot to like, a lot of potential
A very good location - could walk to many places in Williams Bay, which I really enjoyed. Lots of wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy - front porch with ramp that was utilized fully by 2 toddler grandchildren. Very clean and kitchen is well stocked and updated. Biggest issue is only one bathroom upstairs that is only accessible by walking through a bedroom. Bathrooms also updated and nice. Rental could use some tables in living room, a couple more dressers and the deck could use some updates (deck floor and furniture). Yard was well maintained. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Overall, a very nice place to stay for a few days.

Convenient location to Williams bay . Walkable to green grocer , pier 290 , the lake … next to mobile station which is good for drinks / snacks . Only thing that isn’t perfect about the house is there is only one bathroom connected to the main bedroom upstairs so other two rooms use downstairs bathroom . Easy check in and out with keypad lock on door . Great little family reunion spot . Will use again .
