This beautiful apartment caters for up to 4 people and is located in the prestigious Grand View Residences (GVR) resort in the heart of Curaçao, on the coast of the quiet Piscadera Bay area. Just 10 minutes away from the airport and 5 minutes from Willemstad. In GVR, there are plenty of parking spaces for the apartment and the entire complex is safe and secure with 24/7 security.

THE SPACE

Our modern and stylish apartment was newly built in 2023 with a very spacious layout. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It has 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, and full air conditioning in all rooms.

The entire apartment features high ceilings with large sliding doors. By opening these, you can connect the indoor spaces to the outdoor area, offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

You only need to bring your own clothes as the apartment is fully equipped with ample bedding, soap, shampoo, bath towels, beach towels, snorkels, fins, cool boxes, and much more.

GVR offers a large swimming pool, fitness room, mini-golf, gardens, and is within walking distance of beaches and restaurants.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, blender, and much more. You can easily prepare a delicious meal or the finest cocktails.

MASTER BEDROOM

This large comfortable room features blackout curtains, flatscreen tv and a king-size box spring bed, with high, thick, comfortable mattresses. Adjacent to the room is a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower with thermostatic mixer taps.

SECOND BEDROOM

This room also with blackout curtains has a queen-size box spring bed which can also be used as two single beds with top-mattress. The mattresses are of high quality. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet, sink, and a walk-in shower with thermostatic mixer taps.

LIVING ROOM

The living room opens out on to the balcony/dining area to give you that outdoor living experience. It has a large flatscreen TV with internet connection for streaming your own channels from home.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

✔️ HOW IT WORKS: Upon check-in, the meters (just outside the apartment) will be shared, and again at check-out. The difference is then deducted from the deposit.

✔️ Normal use of electricity (which simply means not unnecessarily leaving the airco on during the daytime) amounts to no more than $90 per week (an average based on three people sharing). Calculated at local rates (cost price) 0,45ct per kWh (elektra) and $5 per m3 (water).
