"After booking on your web site, where it stated that there was only one room left...we arrived to find that the property has NOT been open for months. We had to find a room, which was hard on a Friday afternoon. Also, we were worried that we would be charged for three nights in a place that was not open. The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all."

"We came out for a 2 night trip to Cedar Point. The house was clean and well kept. The upstairs was warm with not much cool airflow but the host did provide fans to help move the air around. Great stay 10/10."

"We've stayed in Rye Beach area many times for sports tournament weekends. Very convenient location. Neighborhood homes are hit or miss - but in general one feels safe. Home itself could use some more comfy seating in the living area and more kitchen items but beds were comfy and having two bathrooms is nice. Playground is close by too."
