"The Boutique Retreat is so unique! There are 9-10 tiny homes surrounding a courtyard with a gas fire pit and comfortable seating. The houses/rooms are small but quite adequate. Some of them are a bit bigger and have a sink in the "kitchen" area; ours did not. The Boutique Retreat is a reasonable walk to the center of town and has a couple of restaurants, coffee shops, and a brewery within a very short walking distance. I would definitely stay here on a future trip to McMinnville. "

"We stayed 2 nights. Hotel was as expected. Clean, spacious, good counter space and number of outlets. I was traveling with a friend to see a show so we spent a lot of time getting ready in the room and there was plenty of space. As two women traveling from a different state, we felt safe and comfortable."

"It was a wonderful stay! Shawn and Amy were wonderful hosts and just genuinely good people! They were super accommodating, friendly, and not fussy! Our room was clean and comfy. The bed was also comfortable and we slept well every night. Breakfasts were perfect whether we ate indoors with the other guest or we ate out on the terrific patio. The view of the vineyards and the overall spaciousness of the shared areas were perfect for our much-needed vacation. The shared bathroom was clearly cleaned very well. We highly recommend the Gaard House and look forward to getting back over there ourselves!"

"Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was delucious and well organized. Property was clean in general. Filters need cleaned on ac/heating unit, and toilet paper holder needs firmed up. Room had slight odd smell at check-in."
