The newer rooms are fine, but the unrenovated older rooms were not ok. The staff was nice to move me into one of the newer rooms.

Nice staff
The room and hotel is very clean overall. Speedy WiFi. Nice staff. Good breakfast. The only drawback is that there is only one staff at the reception handling check in during peak times from 3-4 pm and you have to wait quite some time

Good for business
Entrance is a little dated but it looks like they have been and are maybe still renovating the rooms. I stayed in a modern comfortable room and slept well. The staff were very friendly and helpful would stay again when in the area

Centrally situated and good bakery 3 minutes by foot away. Breakfast at hotel was also good - great choice of food and lovely selection of spreads. More care should be taken with cleanliness of room - especially under toilet seat and sink. Hotel could do with an uplift - some areas of hotel need renovating, balcony was unfortunately still a building site. Room was light and spacious. Coffee facilities in room are only for first day - for longer stays you can buy a coffee tab for 1 Euro at the reception.

Will Never Visit This Hotel Again
Checking in and out was good.Room size was not correct , too small. Real old elevator from 1972 without door obstruction sensor . Door closes on us when whether we were in elevator or not. Plus there carpet in elevator was loose causing myself to stumble upon entering elevator. Breakfast itself was plenty , but Breakfast Servers were not polite. For me they missed the mark!

Only so so … good location
It is really only so so. Our room had been refurbished (and I paid extra for that) but the pillows and mattress wasn’t great. There were extra pillows in the wardrobe but without pillow covers so not much use. Service mixed - they don’t have a restaurant open but we’re happy to put something in the fridge for us. But when we wanted some hot water for tea they could not provide that in the afternoon. I would have been happy to pay. There is a coffee machine in the room but that never works for tea. Breakfast was just ok. Lots of choice but quality of product not great. (Awful bread rolls). Good tea at breakfast though. All in all mixed. There are better hotels in Wilhelmshaven at that price point I think.

Alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz sollte man beim Hotel mit buchen, das sonst die Parkplatzsuche schwierig sein wird. Ruhige und saubere Zimmer.

Angenehmes Zimmer - Sauberkeit (vielleicht ein Stück weit bezogen auf die Bauarbeiten) eher nicht gegeben - Teppich verschmutzt - auch im Zimmer. Die im Keller befindlichen WCs für den Frühstücksbereich waren unsauber und es stank an beiden Wochenenden, an denen wir da waren so sehr, das es in den Flur des EG zog

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich in den Zimmern und im Flur sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Der Außenbereich sollte mehr gepflegt und angepriesen werden. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral. Zentrum oder Meer sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Ganz gut, könnte aber besser werden.
Hotel schon etwas älter. Wird aber aktuell renoviert. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren ganz gut. Die Dusche jedoch sah nicht gut aus. Der Aufzug ist etwas gefährlich. Schließt die Türen unkontrolliert. Das Hotel ist leider nicht barrierefrei. Wir reisten mit einem Kinderwagen und mussten diesen immer die ersten Treppenstufen hochtragen.
