We do accept well behaved pets with pet fee in amount of:
$200 for a week (per pet up to 30 pounds)
$350 for a week (per pet above 30 pounds)

Weekend Pet fee:
$100 up to 3 nights (per pet up to 30 pounds)
$200 up to 3 nights (per pet above 30 pounds)

Rental does not include linen or towels, however linen and towels are available for a flat fee of $165( includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed in the condo + 10 sets of towels, there are no fitted sheet, you will get two flat sheets per bed)

OWNER MANAGED: You will deal directly with property owner at check-in and check-out. Turnover cleaning will be inspected each week to ensure home is completely clean and ready for the next week’s visitors. If any problems arise during your stay I am on call 24 hrs. and will take care of them promptly.

FAMILIES OR VERY MATURE ADULTS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. As in all condominium and townhouse associations on the island, no rentals are permitted to unsupervised children or students; no prom groups; no senior weeks; no high school or college students without parental supervision. Anyone under 25 years old must be accompanied by and supervised by a parent at all times. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. Please do not inquire. I cannot help you.

Loved the location to the beach and boardwalk, also to the dog Park for our pups. The family had an enjoyable 2 nights and plan on booking again for a longer trip stay now that we know how nice it was.

Nice, spacious condo and great location

Went to Wildwood in the offseason so my son could see a car show. We stayed in the condo for three days. It was perfect. Really clean, comfy beds, accurate listings of the items provided and that we needed to bring. Very close proximity to boardwalk and beach. Would absolutely stay here again if we ever come back to Wildwood.

Great off-season get away
Wonderful place for two couples and a small pet to spend a long weekend. A block from the beach, a couple blocks from church. Loved the empty beach with the dog. Very clean, with nice beds. Everything functioned fine. The owner was communicative and helpful, responsive to any questions. Made it feel like a home. Thanks Alex.

Nice and clean condo. We almost locked our selves several times, having to remember to bring keys with us each time. Only other issues there were several gnats flying around the kitchen area.

Super nice property. Literally minutes to Boardwalk and Dog Beach. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. Comfortable space for 9 of us plus our dog. Exactly as advertised. Loved the Xfinity Cable!
My husband, dog and I had a wonderful stay! This was our best VRBO experience yet. Alex was great at communicating. The condo was exactly as described and very clean! It really felt like our home away from home. We watch tv at night to unwind, and it was so nice to have Xfinity cable for all of the tv's. Without saying what's already been said about how great this place is in all of the other reviews, the only thing I can think of that would make this place even better would be to have a table on the balcony to go along with the four chairs so we could put our phones and drinks somewhere. We would definitely stay here again. Close to everything yet still quiet. Thank you Alex!

Clean, comfortable condo with great location
Our party of 4 adults and 1 dog enjoyed a nice weekend in this lovely condo near the boardwalk. Very clean, with up to date kitchen, comfortable beds and a garage to park our car and keep us dry during the rain. We will definitely consider returning in the future. 4 stars for accuracy of online listing because when viewing on a cell phone it looks like linens and towels are provided. When clicking to view all amenities you see that these things are provided for a fee. So that's a bit confusing. Alex said the VRBO template is set with wording he cannot change. So just a heads up for those items.

A wonderful stay at a great location
My June vacation at this property was absolutely perfect. The condominium is beautiful, spotless and located only steps away from the beach. I had everything there that I needed for a wonderful stay. This particular property is also pet friendly, so that everyone in the family was able to enjoy vacation together. Even the dog had a good time. She particularly enjoyed the outdoor deck, where she could soak up the sun and check out the scenery as different people walked by along the street. By the way, pet owners should also take note of the fact that this property is conveniently located near the WILDWOOD dog beach. Walking over to the dog beach was a very easy and convenient. The property owner, Alex, was very attentive and responsive to my needs. At one point I noticed a very small, minor issue with a door knob that needed to be reattached. Alex responded immediately and came over to the property personally to take care of it. I was very impressed with his attentiveness and overall demeanor. I would absolutely stay here again.
