Upon arrival, guests can pull into the garage and unload by way of an access throughway, shared by both units, from the garage to the stairwell. Proceeding up the stairs to the third level of the complex places guests in front of the unit’s main entry. Once inside, an open kitchen, living, and dining area present a great space for entertaining, preparing, and enjoying meals. Access to the partially covered deck is obtained through the living area’s one of two sliding glass balcony doors. The balcony offers partial ocean views and residential views, and provides a great space to catch some rays or entertain on Summer nights. Back inside, the hallway to the rear bedrooms, bathrooms, and utility room is just past the main entry and kitchen. Down the hallway, the first of two full bathrooms with combination tub/shower will be on the right-hand side with the first queen bedroom immediately across. Further down the hall across from the pyramid bedroom is across from the larger laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. At the rear of the hallway to the right is the third bedroom outfitted with a queen sized bed, with the King Suite at the very end of the hallway. The King Suite features an attached full bathroom with stained glass windows and a combination tub / shower.

Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.
