Come visit our 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home and relax in our professionally decorated Courtyard Villa while enjoying everything The Villages has to offer. Yamaha 2 Seater Golf cart is included when guests sign the golf cart waiver. Self check-in available.

Our beautiful, fully furnished model home is private and quiet with a fenced in backyard with a view of the large Oak trees behind the home. It is nearby Water Lily Golf Cart Bridge. Brownwood Square is only 7 minutes away by golf cart and the popular Edna's on the Green entertainment/food area is a short drive by golf cart or car. The Water Lilly Rec Center is 1/5th of a mile away where you can swim in the family pool, play Pickleball and Bocce ball. Several Villages Golf courses are under 5 miles away and gorgeous hiking/biking trails are very close by.

This Courtyard Villa is the perfect location in The Villages with all the comforts of home. With 3 large bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with 2 bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower and bathtub, This luxury property offers everything you need for a terrific stay. This is a 55+ Community and The Villages Guest Passes are available at no extra charge.
