Enjoy the family beach vacation you've always imagined in our newly finished 3 bedroom, 2 full bath family condo, just steps from Wildwood's famous beach, boardwalk, and convention center. Great for kids and big families. Beautiful LARGE resurfaced covered deck with separate recently updated outdoor dining and seating areas, great for morning coffee, outdoor dining, and family get-togethers for views of Friday fireworks. In unit washer and dryer, new refrigerator and dishwasher and NEWER central air & heating system throughout. Brand new private outdoor shower. Off-street parking and garage space for 3 cars total.

Living area: Spacious, open, and bright just updated full kitchen and living area with freshly polished hardwood floors throughout. Brand new toaster, coffee maker, and KEURIG machine. We also have a high chair available. BRAND NEW comfortable queen sleeper sofa with matching loveseat and large comfortable chair, dining table, and giant TV. Bright shared bathroom in main hallway with tub/shower combo.

Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with brand new comfortable queen bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and trundle plus a twin bed, both with large closets. Primary suite with brand new king bed, 2 large closets, and private master bathroom with spacious shower. Hardwood floors and ceiling fans in bedrooms except room with bunk beds . WiFi and cable service also available.

Saturday to Saturday weekly rental or weekend rental outside of prime season available . Check-in 3 PM on first day, check-out 10 AM on last day.

Wonderful Condo in Wildwood!

Wonderful family shore vacation!
We loved our stay here! It was big enough for the whole family and close to all of the things we like to do in Wildwood! Plenty of parking and nice beach items there to share. We loved relaxing on the comfy couches for our afternoon post water park naps. Thanks for helping make our family trip so nice!

Awesome location for the family vacation.
The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for a family with adult children. It’s so close to the boardwalk and beach that you can hear the announcements from the porch. I will definitely be recommending this rental to friends and family.

Jill was very responsive. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of seating inside and on the outdoor patio. The condo is very close to the beach, boardwalk, and a lot of restaurants.

Perfect Memorial Day Getaway!
We had a fabulous time staying at this shore house! Eveything about the house and location is perfect for a family to enjoy their time in Wildwood. The house to close to everything and is equipped with all the conforts of home to come back to after a day onnthe beach and boards. We had quity family time relaxing on the covered deck each night with tons of laughs and all the beds were comfortable for a great nights sleep. Highly reccomend staying here and we will definitely look to stay here for our next teip to Wildwood. Thank you Jill for allowing my family to spend some time in your shore home this weekend!

Wildwood Getaway
This property was the perfect location for a Wildwood vacation. Close enough to the boardwalk yet quiet while relaxing on the outdoor patio area. The rooms were spacious and clean. The condo provided all the comforts of home. The property manager was accessible and welcomed us upon on our arrival.

Very nice condo and a great location. The owners were friendly and easy to work with. Professional greeter made check in easy. House had everything needed for a pleasant vacation. The porch was outstanding and made the vacation really enjoyable. I would book again.

Extremely spacious and clean. Everything was very nice. Kitchen had Everything needed for a nice stay. Very short walk to the board walk and beach. Great outdoor porch with seating and a nice size table. Owners were very easy to get in touch with and very nice.

Perfect vacation
It’s taken my kids & I 6+ years to get back to the Jersey shore since my husband died. The condo was a perfect, clean and organized, we had more than enough space for my mom and us. The location was perfect close to everything, we relaxed enjoying the deck in the mornings having our coffee & dinner at night. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Close to piers!
Great spot! Very clean, comfortable beds, awesome covered patio. Beach wagons, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys all provided in their clean garage. Nice outdoor shower made it easy to keep the condo clean. Wildwood beach is huge so it was nice being so close. The walk from the boardwalk to the water was long enough!

Loved our summer vacation!
This is our second time staying at Jill’s and it was even better than the first. She’s done some nice upgrades to the beds and added a very continent outdoor shower. It was all clean and is in the perfect location. The large covered balcony will keep us coming back for years to come!! Thank you Jill! We made a ton of family memories!

My family and I stayed over Irish weekend and loved the location. The Condo was extremely clean and spacious for my family of 5! The owner and property manger were beyond helpful with anything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the large deck was perfect for relaxing after a long day out. My daughter’s dance at the festival every year and we will definitely be back. Thank you Jill for your quick response to my questions and requests. I would highly recommend this property for any families visiting Wildwood!!

Our favorite Wildwood house to date!
Our small group has been coming to Wildwood the past several years for the Boardwalk Classic car show in Sept. This lovely condo is our new favorite! HUGE garage space for our 2 classic cars, plus another spot in the driveway. The condo itself is large, immaculate and has a fantastic fully-furnished oversized balcony where we spent most of our time. Half a block to the boardwalk too! Everything about this place was perfect and our group agreed that this is the only place we want to stay for future visits.

A perfectly located retreat spot!
The first impression was WOW. This condo is bigger than the pics depicted and the full kitchen was so handy. The beds were all super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how we couldn't hear much of the outside noise from the boardwalk or street. Jill was prompt with all responses. We all thought this was an amazing value and would all readily book this condo again!

Great Beach Trip
Loved the rental. Very convenient and spacious. Porch was perfect. All the household items we needed. (Only problem was the power went out for 48 hrs on our last day. Whole shore area so not the rental or owners fault. Just suggest more flashlights for any future problems.)

Perfect week down the shore
We stayed here in late July 2023 and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The property was better than advertised - tidy, well-stocked, excellent location. Easily accommodated our party of 6 and with plenty of room for personal space. The porch was perfect for time away from the beach and dinners before walking the 1/2 block to the boardwalk. Beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas and beach toys were a huge bonus. The owners were amazing heading into our cross-country travel and for our entire stay in Wildwood. They responded to any questions or requests immediately. They checked in to make sure we had what we needed and were having a good experience. Thank you so much for helping our family make great memories!

Great stay!
Loved staying here because it was beautiful, clean, and close to the boardwalk. It would have been better with sheets and towels. Even if the instructions were to put the sheets on the bed yourself, wash and put back in the closet before leaving. Let it be up to the guest if they want to buy new or not. Same with towels. I would have much rather done that instead of spending $75 at the nearest store because of flying in it was not easy to bring all of that. We also went and bought a hair dryer. But everything else was perfect! Beach equipment and wagon was great!

Excellent Family Location
This condo is clean, bright, and well appointed and in a supreme location with almost everything in walking distance. The outdoor space of the furnished covered porch and the central air conditioning are a huge bonus. Having so much entertainment and activities within walking distance is an unbeatable vacation for families with children of all ages. Between the beach, three amusement piers, three water parks, and endless mini golf and games and shops not to mention all the restaurants, it is so convenient to have everything in walking distance. The only drawback to our stay and this condo is whomever rents upstairs. We had a family above us that was extremely loud and had lots of loud visitors late into the night past midnight which was the only negative to our stay. There is obviously a lack of insulation and soundproofing between the condo above and this condo. Overall in excellent place to stay.

Family vaca
This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 adults and 4 small children. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the place and I’m a clean freak. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. I even fit a pack n play in the smaller room with the queen bed. There was plenty of space for all our baggage and belongings- and we had a ton. The boardwalk is super close, my handicapped father was even able to do the boardwalk and beach thanks to all the amenities easily available. He hasn’t been able to do the beach in 30 years! We’ve never been to wildwood before and enjoyed our stay. The owners have a beach wagon to make make the walk to the water bearable. However the beach taxi is 100% recommended. For $3 a person you can’t beat it. The beach wagon even fits in the back of the taxi! Don’t forget all your linens and toiletries! Thanks for sharing your home with us and we’ll be back!
