This home was so spacious which was especially needed due to the not so great beach weather! We had lots of fun playing games and even escaping quietly to other spaces for naps! A great home for a large family vacation.

We had a great time. The home is big and the elevator made it nice for our 85 year old mother. In addition to sheets, I also recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets.

Mother's Day Getaway!
House was perfect for us especially with elevator since one of our sons has trouble with steps. We were ecstatic to find such a nice home with an elevator. Owner was very easy to communicate with and available when needed. Great Mother's Day weekend with family! Would definitely recommend this place or rent it again.

Perfect location for family!
The description was on point and the property was well maintained! We had a very large family vacation and everyone was super happy with the home and location to beach/boardwalk. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful. I would recommend this home! Our actual arrival date was June 2015 but I cannot remember if I left a review and it just came to mind! I wanted to make sure to recommend!

Great for Large Family!!!
Townhouse is extremely spacious. We had 15 people for the week and nobody was in each others way at any time. Also, the home was fully equipped with everything we needed to all have a meal at the same time with ample seating. Location also a PLUS. We had a GREAT week and cant wait to come back! Wonderful home and Fantastic location
Could not be more pleased with this rental. Owner was so nice and the place was better than the photos. We had a full house (15) and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and spread out. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Getting to the beach and boardwalk was a breeze.

My family and I, 14 people, stayed here and the place was amazing. Plenty of room. Bigger than the description makes it out to be. The common area was amazingly spacious. The location was key. The owner, Sundar was very responsive and was there to make sure check in went smooth. Any questions I had, he answered within minutes Highly recommend any listing he has especially this listing.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Loved our place where we stayed. Having the elevator was great. Heat rises, so, being that there are 4 levels, the AC should be lower than 72 on the 3rd and 4th level.

Amazing!
Our family had an amazing time at Sundar's townhome! This unit had more than enough space to house our family of 11 adults and 2 children. We spent a lot of time on the patio of the unit and in the common areas together, and we really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and our favorite Wildwood restaurants. Sundar was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the week. We hope to rent this unit again!

Perfect for the whole family including my handicapped dad
The spaciousness and location of this property made it an excellent choice for my family. A block and a half to the beach. A few blocks to boardwalk. Bike rental close by, as well as restaurants within walking distance. Dad uses a walker but was able to get around great because of the elevator. Only one step to get in. Beautiful 3rd floor with spacious front porch and ocean view, comfortable seating, more than enough space for dining and games with tables in dining area and kitchen. Gorgeous gourmet kitchen with high end appliances including a beverage bar area with wine fridge and separate ice maker. This was a perfect gathering space for the family especially in the mornings and evenings. Laundry room also had brand new quality appliances. Plenty of storage and parking for up to 4 cars. Chairs and beach cart in garage for guest use, but we brought our own. Sundar was an excellent host. Great communication. He did everything possible to make our stay hassle free. We were very pleased with this rental.

Amazing Place. Great staff.
The place is amazing. You cannot ask for anything more than this 5,000 sq ft 3 story row house so close to the boardwalk/beach. Sundar kept in touch all along the way and even helped to return an item that was left behind. Went above and beyond the call of duty.
