"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there at the same time. Nice selection for food. Very convenient location to walk to the old town area with many restaurants and beautiful sights to see. Very close to the train and bus station as well. "

"We loved this place and will be returning. The only downside for our last stay was the hallway outside our room was being redecorated from 7:30am. Because the place is very quiet, it woke me up every morning. "

"A beautiful property. We really enjoyed our big family room up on the top floor. The staff really blew us away, though, when they mailed some items back to us *in the US!* that we had left behind. Really above-and-beyond service. Loved this hotel!"

"The property is lovely, and the food was amazing. We had breakfast on our reservation but they suggested that we added half board and dinner would be included as well, for 36 euros extra, per person, for a buffet. It was well worthy. Although the room was a bit far from the reception, we walk underground through a tunnel under the hotel, so it was not hard. Perhaps if you have heavy luggage it could be, due to some steps along the way, but the hotel was really nice and the 2 rooms spacious."

"Large room , great bed, very comfortable stay, very good breakfast, the staff were very friendly. We had an amazing view I of the mountain's. Highly recommend would stay again."
