Etienne 6.5-room holiday home with panoramic view

Inconspicuous, but with plenty of space, the holiday home Etienne is situated on the sunny hillside of Wildhaus. The entrance door is at street level. Then two floors lead down in the 6.5-room house. Thus, the jewel elegantly blends into the terrain. It is more than a normal holiday home. Every room has its own story to tell. Art and culture, colours in all facets and the love of detail make the Etienne something special. The living and dining room is spacious and flooded with light through the large windows. From there you can access the terrace and look out over the breathtaking Toggenburg mountains. Together with the garden around the house, it invites you to linger and enjoy. Special highlights in the house include the sauna in the basement and the library.The perfect house for families and or friends. The house was partially renovated in autumn and winter 2020/21.

Im besten Sinn besonderes, wohnliches und grosszügig ausgestattetes rund sechzigjähriges Berghaus
Stilvolles, weit überwiegend gemütlich und grosszügig eingerichtetes Haus mit bemerkenswerter Bibliothek und rasch warmer Sauna für vier Doppelbetten drei Badezimmer mit Wanne ausladender Balkon trotz Strassennähe bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Läden fasts absolute Ruhe sowie gute Verdunkelbarkeit der Schlafzimmer. Dem Schlafzimmer im mittleren Stock fehlt eine Türe zur Bibliothek mit dem Fernseher der Fernseher funktionierte nicht die Essecke ist zu wenig hell beleuchtet im Wohnbereich hängt ein etwas unguter, nicht zu vertreibender Geruch das grosser Schlafzimmer im obersten und jenes im untersten Stock wirken etwas gar nüchtern.

Ein von unscheinbares Bijou mit viel Platz....
-Das Haus ist wunderschön gestaltet -Grosszügige Betten in den oberen Zimmern -Genügend Geschirr für alle Gäste vorhanden -Tolle Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer-Fenster -Welcome Tasche :) -Genügen Spülutensilien, Tücher und Lappen vorhanden -Genügend Hand-/Duschtücher vorhanden -Reinigung leider nur mittelmässig, die Küche und Bäder waren leider nur oberflächlich sauber, Messer und Rückwand waren noch stark verschmutzt, teilweise auch Geschirr -Im Zimmer im UG lagen etwa 20 tote Fliegen, da schien niemand geputzt zu haben vor unserer Anreise

3 Generationenferien mit 3 Nationalitäten und 3 Sprachen
Die Lage nahe am Dorfplatz mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und E-Auto Ladestation ist gut. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die beiden Zusatzräume, einer angenehm kühl für Esswaren und Getränke und einer für Koffer, Kleider, Schuhe usw. waren sehr dienlich bei unserer Grossfamilie mit Kindern. Die Bibliothek wurde als Spielzimmer genutzt. Die Schlafzimmer mit Nasszellen auf jeder Etage sind komfortabel. Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Bergbahnorganisationen Wildhaus und Unterwasser muss dringend angegangen werden. Für Feriengäste ist diese Nicht-Koordination unverständlich.
