"Fantastic location high up, overlooking the lake and mountains. About 20 minutes drive up from Interlaken but well worth the additional journey. A wonderful environment. Easy secure parking, very warm welcoming staff and a great restaurant. The rooms have fabulous views "

"I haven't seen a better spa experience. The indoor pool, steam room, sauna, and the outdoor hot tub with the most amazing view is the best I have ever ever witnessed. I used to look forward to come back in time and make use of them. Breakfast spread is very diverse and delicious too. The service is top notch. Only a small gripe that got taken care of in no time. We booked a 'Comfort Double Room'. The pictures on hotel.com suggested that it has balcony with mountain view. When we reached there, they said we had an upgrade to a triple room, which was apparently bigged. However, after checking in we realized that the triple rooms was a bit stuffy and with no balcony. We requested a change and they were kind enough to do that. "

"This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at—and it’s not because of fancy amenities. It’s about the view, the value, and the incredible service. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The lady at the front desk was warm and personal—when I casually mentioned I had a cold, she offered me a cup of tea without hesitation. Such a thoughtful gesture! The woman managing the breakfast area was equally amazing. She greeted us every morning with a big smile, chatted with us, and made sure everything was perfect. Her energy truly brightened our days. And the view—just wow. You wake up facing Jungfrau directly. It’s absolutely breathtaking. The area is peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short walk to the bus or train station if you’re heading to Interlaken or beyond. Can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a hidden gem that made our trip so memorable."
