"Very clean property tucked away in the suburbs of Xenia. We stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Would be a great place to stay with kids - as there's a huge park and grassy area right out the back door. This was helpful for our dogs that were with us. Giant bathtub and even MORE GIANT shower - which was an exciting/unexpected feature we didn't realize we were getting. Had coffee, waters, and snacks for us. Loved the fireplace. Thank you for opening your home up to us!!!"

People I encountered were extremely friendly; seems like a nice safe area. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. "Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. "

"My husband and i stayed here with my parents while we were in town to visit both of my grown children who live in the area. We were able to gather for visits very comfortably as a group of 8 for dinners and the 4 of us had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time in Dayton in the house each morning and afternoon.
