"Very well-kept with kind staff and in a good location. The shared showers make a noise that is ridiculously loud and harsh though. My friend was unable to use them due to a sound sensitivity which is not ideal for a 4-night stay. Otherwise a very nice hotel."

"I stayed in a three bedroom Girls dorm with an ensuite barhroom which was rad and had the room mostly to myself, but for one late night roommate who only came to drop and pickup a bag after what I assume was some Berlin raving. Good on ya. I only stayed one night during low season and found Sunflower had everything I needed, comfortable bed with clean linens, what looked like a sociable atmosphere downstairs, good access to transport links. Most importantly, after a long day of travel I found...

"A free breakfast included 7am to 10am included 3 choices of sandwich meats , cheese slices, coffee teas milk, cereal.kilk juice yogurt, fruit cocktail, breads, bun,Butter/Jams. The reception staff were patient and helpfull in giving directions map for subway/ train as I don't speak German. It was quiet albeit it was Christmas eve. "

"I went on a long weekend trip to Berlin and was really happy with this hostel. The price reflects the experience and it is cheap considering how convenient the location is (Lidl close by/next to a bus stop/close to 3 underground stations/touristy places are walkable). There were always bathrooms available when needed and there was lots of storage space. "The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "

"The hotel is super amazing, room is very wide well equiped and very quiet, you can work and focus, also you can enjoy. There is a fantastic Gym on the third floor with all equipment in place, very organized and hygienic. The hotel is in a building where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops besides the area around is really full of great restaurants and places to visit"

"We had a great stay, the hotel is a two minute walk next to the train station in a nice and quiet area, while also within walking distance of all the main attractions especially the Reichstag Building and Brandenberg Gate. Staff are very friendly, friendly, polite and welcoming. The hotel was modern, very clean with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, all the amenities needed and a great shower - loved the separate toilet cubicle area too. Overal a great stay. "

"A perfect location with easy access to the underground. The hotel was great, clean, comfortable, the staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again. "

Great location

"Excellent location within easy reach of transport. Staff were extremely friendly. Good variety at breakfast. The hotel has a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It was a little disappointing not to be able to get a drink from the bar on 2 occasions. The bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing too bad. "

"My room was recently renovated. Good size room, lovely washroom, large closet with cubbies, fluffy towels, kettle and cups, safe, delicious breakfast. I was able to open windows which was nice. Close to public transportation. "
