"Officially the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in - once in our rooms we literally heard nothing from outside it. The room was nice, clean etc. We were there for 4 days and no one came to clean which was unexpected but equally not really an issue. Staff were all friendly. Location was ok for us as we like walking but it is quite a distance from anywhere. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone.
