"1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights shut off by 9pm."

It is located right by the beach and with high standards throughout, without being too ritzy. AWESOME cakes at their restaurant! And great they have an electric vehicle charger (for a fee). It's Adults only though."

"I went to this hotel April 2014 excellent service, great location next to nature (forest and Beach) !! Rooms are some how small but very comfortable and full of amenities, however…. too many activities are offer so don't spend time in the room!"
