Wir hatten schmutzige Geschirrtücher, es war nicht gesaugt/gefegt, auf dem Nachttisch konnte man im Staub malen. "Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung, die gut geschnitten ist und viel Platz bietet. Für den Aufenthalt in Ulm perfekt,. Die Zentrale Lage ist praktisch für Unternehmungen in und um Ulm herum. Leider war es Freitag und Samstag Nacht sehr turbulent in der Stadt, was für uns als älteres Semester schwierig war. Das tut aber der Top-Qualität der Wohnung und der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers keinen Abbruch! Gerne wieder!"

"Von der Straße gesehen war die Wohnung einst ein Geschäft gewesen. Aber die Lage ist still, die Fenster nahezu blickdicht, zusätzlich dicke Vorhänge. Waschmaschine war vorhanden (leider kein Trockner, nur Wäscheständer), die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung bot viel Platz - drei Schlafzimmer zu je zwei Betten plus zwei weitere Betten im Wohnzimmer. Leider waren die Matratzen zu dünn und durchgelegen und auch die Bettdecken zu dünn. Das will der Vermieter ändern - hat er zumindest...

"Lola, Pedro and all of staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The decor is unique. Everything is provided including a self serve coffee machine.
