Shantee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the check in/check out option. It’s so nice to see someone who has a passion for her job and helping others

Slightly confusing check in, and difficult to find a place on the street to stop. But once in and with parking garage access, it was very convenient. The rooftop was underutilized by residents and made a lovely, peaceful place to hang out and read.

Finding where to park and the check in process is difficult if you booked through a 3rd party. Cleanliness was okay, not perfect. All of the soap dispensers were empty.

Very clean, spacious apartment . We loved the location. There is no sauna and the steam room was not working for men or women.

Seemed like a friendly city. The person checking me in told me that I should never have been given econo lodge. She told me there are two choices when you make the reservation I got the wrong one. I lodge smelled of smoke and looked very run down.
Frustrating that I can’t get an affordable place to stay when I am frequently traveling back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic. I am unable to work so I really have nothing. And I guess no affordable lodging to help with travel.
Don't ever stay at the Econo Lodge in Wickliffe, EVER!
They need to be shut down.
Need new mattresses
I really have nothing bad to say about the city of Wickliffe because I did not stay there we changed hotels and went to Willoughby Ohio
