"The staff was amazing. Especially Tonya the manager. But the rooms need a lot of maintenance. All the drains in the bathroom didn’t drain. The water pressure in the shower was very low and it was hard to wash off. And the pull out couch mattress was in terrible condition."

"I never knew there was a hotel with actual bedrooms with doors. Hawthorne extended stay is around the same price as other hotels but the room is huge. We rented the two bedroom loft and loved it! It has a full bedroom with full bathroom downstairs and a loft bedroom upstairs with a bathroom/shower stall and upstairs has a HUGE vanity mirror and sink area. It’s absolutely perfect!
