Welcome to your perfect getaway in this newly updated and remodeled charming cottage in Wichita, Kansas! This inviting and cozy home combines modern comforts with the charm of a classic neighborhood. The Space:
This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a perfect retreat with stylish furnishings and comfortable living spaces. The large windows fill the home with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The living and dining areas provide the ideal spaces for families or groups to unwind. The fully-equipped kitchen has new quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Sit in the breakfast nook for morning coffee while enjoying the views from the patio door. The main floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a full size pullout sofa mattress & twin bed and a fully updated bathroom with tiled tub surround. The second floor has one bedroom with two queen mattresses, tiled showered in the spacious updated bathroom and a private office equipped with TV & futon. The fully equipped laundry is in the basement.

Mature trees shade the front and back gardens provide serene seating areas in which to relax. Enjoy listening to the birds while grilling the home cook meal surrounded by dazzling string lights.

This is a family neighborhood and full courtesy is extended to surrounding residents by strict adherence to quiet time between 10:00pm-7:00am as well as no parties or large gatherings permitted.

Most helpful host I've ever had!
We had an emergency with my wife's grandfather being flown to the near by hospital. I contacted them and asked if they could get my family in that day. Plus I told them we had no idea how long we would need it. They didn't mind one bit and was very helpful. The house was exceptionally clean and the size was perfect for our 3 aunts and 2 uncles. Even had room for a couple cousins the next day when they got to town. Highly recommend this house and host! I look forward to renting this place again in the future for family gatherings if needed.

The property is accurately described on VRBO. Check in was simple, just got the door code. It was very clean on the inside. The kitchen was fine, nice sized dining room table to sit around and talk. Beds were comfortable. Might be a slightly new listing, a few more dish towels and some coasters could be added. Good value for the price.
