The first room we were given, had such a strong odor of cleaning supplies or air freshener, that it triggered an allergy attack with both me and my son. We had to ask to change rooms, which they accommodated. After getting into our second room, we were so tired and just wanted to go to bed for the night. There was some dog hair on the bathroom floor, but I did not make a big deal of it. I checked the beds and they “looked” clean, however, in the morning, I had dog hair all over my black pajamas. We did not have a dog! Upon further investigation, there was dog hair everywhere and several areas of dried pet stains on the tile floor. The room had not been cleaned properly, and I even went to the front desk in my pajamas to talk to the manager and show them. They were unwilling to do anything to compensate. We checked out around 9 AM, as soon as we could get our things packed. I tried to talk to the management again to have the second night of our reservation canceled and refunded, since there was no way we could stay another night in that hotel. The management was still was unwilling to work with us on a resolution. We will continue to escalate our grievances to corporate and provide the pictures if necessary. Absolutely the worst hotel stay ever!

I’m severely disappointed with this La Quinta, and am shocked at how terrible this hotel is. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, barely any towels, and dirty linens. It looks as if the room was barely cleaned and clearly not checked beforehand. Regarding the property itself, the lobby and surrounding areas are dirty and falling apart. One elevator doesn’t work and looks like it hasn’t in a while, the other makes me feel as if I’ll get stuck every time I ride it, the pool is permenantly out of use. Like honestly not worth nearly half of what I paid. Disappointed and has made me consider staying at la quintas as a whole.

Yikes. No hot water, brown chair in room, so loud, partying guests, coffee pot didn’t work, washer was DISGUSTING, pool/hot tub not functioning, everything was awful. No combination received from management. Maybe I just had bad luck with timing, but wow. No discount offered when I discussed with staff.

The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane. The elevators did not work. My mom has a handicap sticker and was on the third floor. The elevator was of the utmost importance. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was cold and the sauna was locked. The indoor heated pool was 55 degrees the thermometer said.
