"My wife and I stayed in unit #1 and it was perfect for a long weekend. Close to Northville (which is my wife's hometown) and close to Ann Arbor where we attended the Michigan Football Game on Saturday. Great place to stay. Only issue is the TV takes about 20 min. to warm up before coming on permanently. Besides that we had a great time. One request to the owners - A purchase of an ottoman for propping up your feet while watching TV would be fantastic. Love the place and will stay there...

"We loved our visit to this little neighborhood and it was a perfect place to relax after doing some day trips to Detroit and Ann Arbor. Everything was cozy and comfy and very clean. We did not cook, but the kitchen is well stocked and if you need to do some laundry, it has a washer and dryer! We felt very safe and loved watching the Amtrak train fly by. "We have visited Ypsi several times since our daughter began attending EMU. We typically stay in a hotel near the interstate, but never again. The loft was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our daughter to hang around with us but the location can’t be beat. Steps to multiple tasty restaurants and bars, and an easy walk to downtown, parks, and Arbor Brewing. Campus and her apartment are just a bit further, but walkable if need be. We’ll be back!"

"We had a great stay at this property! The neighborhood is very nice and was so pretty with the fall colors! We traveled with our dog and took him on walks in the evenings through the neighborhood. Hosts were great, even when we locked our self out haha. Upstairs neighbors are also very nice. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness just because we found some old Cheerios under the couches, but bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were spotless. Great place for a couple of people to stay! "

"Property & parking were exactly as promised. The apartment was very clean. The beds were already made up for us upon arrival. There were plenty of towels. Paper products, shampoo, conditioner & soap were provided. There was even coffee & filters. I so appreciated this place within walking distance to activities & restaurants. This was my first time in this area for UM football with my grandson. I would love to return & would recommend this place to everyone. "
