"The Sindy was very helpful from the start. The aloud us early check in at no extra cost which was very helpful as we were flying in for a wedding. When we pulled up to the house it was even more beautiful than the picture. On the first night we have visitors lol about 8 deer came up to the back patio area and then on the second night we had 4 wild turkey’s. The inside of the house was very clean and decorated beautifully. We had fun playing pool with our friends. The beds were also comfortable. We packed up at the end of our trip and left for home my husband forgot his Rolex watch and while we were at the airport she found it and messaged us so she can send it to us in the mail. I will rent this house every time i go to Texas! "

"We enjoyed our stay at “RY2” this year and it is the third annual visit for me.We always appreciate the property and Brazos river access.Each time we notice the second sink in the kitchen has a super smell so we typically cover it up with a plate. We also noticed that previously individuals must have put away wet cutting boards because several of them were moldy.Aside from those, we really enjoyed the outside fireplace and leave firewood for the next guests to enjoy it as well.The put in at Rochelle’s for kayaking is quite the trek so we are always looking for a closer put in point to fish or simply kayak and end at this residence."
