Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. "A wonderful find. We easily walked to town and to the beach in 15 minutes. Parking was good and although situated in a residential area it was very peaceful and quiet. It is attached to the owners property but there is a separate entrance and it felt very private. The property was well equipped and we were able to cook and enjoyed watching a few movies on the TV. We would love to come back and stay again."

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."
