I did so because we had rented a room the month before for the same reason, but everything about the that hotel made me feel uncomfortable. Im so glad i choose Hyatt this time. From the moment we walked in I felt different. The front desk greeted us with a beautiful smile. She also helped me keep ice cream in their freezer. The room was clean and very nice. The elevators weren't dirty, clean floors, and pool area was kept neatly as well! In the early morning, I was greeted by the same friendly front desk, and had a pretty good breakfast which is included! Highly recommend, and definitely will return again! Also had guest by who were also very impressed by the rooms and staff. "
