Family Friendly Chalet perfect for all season's . Minutes from Beautiful Wards beach at Lake Whitingham and 15 minutes from Mt Snow and the Hermitage mountain Skiing. 5 minutes from quintessential Vermont town of Wilmington
Summer:
Walk to the amazing non developed lake. you can Kayak, boat, fish. Stream runs along the property. Pond in the rear of the property.
Winter:
Snowmobile & snowshoe right outside the door. 15 Minutes from MT Snow and the Hermitage club

*- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.
* - Primary renter must be 30 and over

*- Pets will be considered (Type, size, etc) for a fee of $100 per pet / up to 3 night stay. $175 for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)
