"Beautiful area for short 4 day stay . Cabin was clean and cozy. Well stocked for pretty much anything . Only dislike was the bedroom was in a loft area with narrow steps , and a bit tough to navigate in the middle of the night when the restroom was needed . Loved the quaintness otherwise . "

In first glance when we arrived, we were slightly thrown by some of the uniqueness of an older home (low ceiling in the stairs, small kitchen) but as the week went on, we found it to be a comfortable home with everything we needed. "We truly enjoyed unplugging and enjoying the rustic charm of the Lome in Clemons. We were pleased with the cleanliness, the decor and welcoming feel overall. "When I read the other reviews I was hesitant to book but don’t let someone else’s opinion deter you! The place was cute and cozy and clean. We floated on the lake and had fires at night. The neighbors were so friendly! Our dog loved it too! I have already recommended this property to my cousin who is planning a trip to VT in October."

Cabin was super clean and well taken care of and had everything we needed. Best of all for us was the location, just a short dtive to either Killington or Pico to got the slopes, or should you need any essentials a short ride back into Rutland. Highly recommend!"
