"We throughly enjoy our recent stay. The location is wonderful and the views are tough to beat. Plenty of room for small and large families. Very short walk to the beach, as well as to the pier, putt-putt, and more. Jennifer was fantastic to deal with and responded rather quickly to any question we had. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for your next beach trip to OIB! "

"Thru no fault of the owner at the last minute the property we booked was damaged and we could not stay there. The owner graciously switched us to another property she owned for the same price. The other property was nice just needs outside lights. What could have been a Christmas disaster turned out good. Thank you Jennifer "

"This was a perfect place to stay for our last minute trip. This was a clean, spacious home, great location and overall a great stay! Our grandma is beginning her cancer treatment soon so we came to get away to clear our minds and spend family time together. Very pleased with everything!"

"We SO enjoyed our time in this home. It is spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us to be together but not be in each other’s way, lots of space for my young grandsons to play and explore. We loved the openness of it, and the views are so nice. we made good use of the beautiful pool, as well as the hot tub. We also loved the large shaded deck. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Loved our stay at Zoe’s Family Ties. I went with a group of 8 adults, all family. The rooms were perfect for our needs and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Sheets and towels were included but the sheets were low quality and the towels were thin although there were plenty of towels for bath and kitchen. Our first night we noticed a few ants in the kitchen (not uncommon after the rain they had). We got some 2 gallon ziplock bags to store our food in and never had a problem with ants after...

"Property was as advertised! Our family (9 of us) had a wonderful time ! We had great communication with owner ,Dan Rudolph ! Only real negative thing is we have a special needs adult son, who does not do steps well , & this property was really hard on him with steps ! Property not really conducive for handicapped or people having a real hard time with steps ! Property has great Ocean views,great floor plan, great gazebo that is very very close to ocean ! "

"A last-minute decision to visit OIB, NC and so grateful we were able to stay at Pierfect View. The condo was great for a couple. We enjoyed the visibility of the ocean from the unit, the short walk to the beach, and the relaxing atmosphere. Even though it was off season, there were several good restaurants locally that we enjoyed near the condo (Sharky's, Ocean Isle Fish, Oyster Rock in Calabash). Our communication with the host was excellent. We also used the linen service and that worked...
