"My husband and I stayed here for four nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was really well equipped and the location was great. There was a fenced in yard for the fur babies. We would definitely rent this again!"

"The house was so clean and cozy! The host answers your messages very quickly and is very accommodating. Both bedrooms are set up great with each having a TV, Desk and area to get ready. There are several restaurants and other amenities to enjoy very close by. It is a short drive or uber to downtown. The host has really thought of everything by providing things you may need. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Quaint little property in in East Nash. Good location, close to restaurants and other East Nash activities. Only suggestion would be to add some more dressers in bedrooms in order to unpack and store clothes for an extended stay.....and maybe an Apple TV in order to access personal streaming services easier. "We chose the cottage for our Christmas get away. The location is perfect. Nice and quiet but still close to all the activities we wanted to do. The cottage itself is charming and had everything we needed. Delores the host was very nice and even baked a cake for us!!We would definitely stay there again"

"We enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning watching the ducks, sitting by the fire pit at night watching the deer and making s'mores, and everything in between. They had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The phone service isn't the best inside the house, but we could text and the wifi worked. The host was responsive to any questions. "All linen and bedding was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was not operational. The desk clerk/ staff stated that they will fix it. It never happened during our stay. We were able to hear the noise from the motor vehicle traffic and the tenants above was always moving objects around. The surrounding area was very trashy."

"My husband, myself and our 9 yr old german shepherd thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay in the Hillbilly Haven. It was exactly as advertised. There were the little things that made it enjoyable. We literally moved our clothes in, the dog bed and got a few groceries. When I say a few, I really mean a few. There was coffee for our use, there was saran wrap/aluminum foill, glad bags, extra garbage bags if we needed ( we didnt). It is literally 20 mins from downtown Nashville. Even during rush hour! ...

"Great spot to stay downtown Nashville. Family friendly and walkable to the strip. We walked back from broadway around 2 am one night, felt totally safe. The next night we walked back around 10 pm and it was a bit sketchy, but this was a Monday night so I think that was part of it. Overall would stay here again but would recommend walking back as a group to the hotel "

"The front desk staff are wonderful. Our room was ready when we arrived early so they let us check in. The hotel is clean. The shuttle downtown is super convenient and the drivers were all great! The two biggest negatives were that you had to pay extra for breakfast which is just mediocre, so we would just go somewhere else and they are down to one elevator! Most frustrating part in they were drilling/banging/working on the elevator at 6AM!!!!!! One morning and 7AM!!! Another morning.. it is Nashville, no one wants to be woken up by that at that time. It was very unreasonable, and especially for the price you’re paying to get a good sleep. "

"The location of this property was just close enough to walk to the busy downtown area but just quiet enough with cute restaurants and coffee shops. Very safe. The unit was very spacious and new. Full kitchen, living, bedroom. Very nice place. Highly recommend!"
