"We realize that this was not a even a med rated hotel,but we checked in on the late side-and the room didnt have any heat and they couldnt change the room-they provide4d a space heater,but it mightas well been none because it didnt help hardly.We haqd to all snuggle in the same bed to keep warm-having an dirty room or low grade room is one thing but no heat is way out of line.I believe we shouldnt have even been charged for this firdt nite."
