The Space:

Guests will enter the unit via the two-car garage. Upon entry, a spacious mud room waits to neatly store your gear and outerwear. Beyond the mudroom, the ground level features a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a sprawling great room with ample room for the whole crew! The great room is an expansive open-concept living area with high-end finishes, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, walk-in pantry, dining, and living spaces. The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare your favorite dish. Enjoy meals at the dining table that comfortably seats ten, perfect for gathering after a day of activities. The naturally lit great room provides amazing views of the adjacent nature preserve through ceiling-height windows and sliding doors that allow guests to access the back patio with a gas firepit and private hot tub.

The second level of the home includes two master suites with en-suite bathrooms overlooking the sprawling nature preserve at the east end of the home. Each master bedroom features a king-sized bed and tasteful furnishings. Toward the west end guests, will find the office/game room that offers a twin-sized sofa sleeper across from a full bath with a shower/tub combo.
