Brand new luxury condo on Central ave in downtown Whitefish!!!

The newest building just completed in downtown Whitefish on the most quiet part of Central ave. Construction of a new building started in November 2022 directly behind this condo. Every single item in the unit is brand new as of June 2021. Located just one block to all downtown Whitefish restaurants, shops, nightlife and the snow bus stop to the ski hill. A coffee shop, sweet peaks ice cream, great northern cyclery and more are located on the same block. This residence is a spectacular condo located in the heart of downtown Whitefish. The condo consists of 2 full bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms. The master is a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The unit is located on the second level with easy access to downtown Whitefish. There is a beautiful balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The living room has an open concept living room and kitchen and a cozy gas fireplace to cozy up next to after a day on the slopes.. The kitchen is fully stocked and has beautiful stainless steel appliances. You will love your stay here in downtown Whitefish. The unit has air conditioning, an underground parking garage space for one vehicle and an elevator to access your floor. Parking garage has an entrance height of no more than 76 inches. Also an additional roof top patio just opened for guests to use which boasts a fireplace, grill and chairs to enjoy. Keurig style coffee maker.

The Central ave condo is located directly downtown and just a block from all shops restaurants and bars of beautiful downtown Whitefish. The Whitefish River is a few blocks away and a beautiful walking path takes you along the Whitefish River to Whitefish Lake city beach. It is only 20 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 4 blocks from the Amtrak Station, 10 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort and only 30 minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park.

Whitefish, Montana is the perfect place for a vacation in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, art galleries, gourmet dining, & live theater …the activities are endless. Downtown Whitefish is a quaint town with great restaurants, boutique shops, spas, nightlife, and farmer's market (food, arts & crafts, and music) in summertime.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was well equipped, decorated nice and comfortable beds. It was right downtown in Whitefish close to shopping and restaurants and about 30 minutes to Glacier.

Fantastic Condo - Downtown with great amenities
My family of four stayed here during a ski weekend. We like being downtown, so we can walk to shops and restaurants. We’ve stayed in this building before, so we knew we loved the high-end finished and newer construction. This had plenty of space for 4 - 2 little kids shared the 2nd bedroom. Kitchen was very well stocked and the entire condo was extremely comfortable. Garage parking is great too. We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! This condo was located so conveniently to all the shops, restaurants and local businesses where we could walk out the main level entry and be in the middle of downtown whitefish in less than 1 minutes walk. Super easy access to the room & parking. Loved covered, garage assigned parking that was right outside the elevator access to the room. We hiked in whitefish & glacier and the commute to both was easy! Loved the room layouts for privacy and the size of the bedrooms/baths were great. Lovely kitchen with all the daily necessities handy. Would highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again when we revisit whitefish in the future!

New, modern, clean and great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property and the location could not have been better. New construction and everything in the condo was new and in perfect condition. The only negatives were the street noise and no place to put our clothes except a bench in the bedroom which wasn't enough space. We could certainly get past that and would definitely stay here again but would be great if some drawers or storage space were added.

First, Whitefish is a wonderful little town in a great location, close to everything Glacier. The condo was in a great location in Whitefish. Condo is definitely new and was very clean with all the amenities needed for a week stay. Beds were more than comfortable as were the furnishings. Instructions to get in were confusing but we figured it out eventually. Had a little trouble with the thermostat, reported to management but not sure if it actually got fixed before we left.

As a brand new property, this one is really special. Everything is up to date and modern and very comfortable. The lighting in the living room was way too bright to use in the evening, after we returned from skiing. The only drawback of this property is that there are various weird and loud noises that the building makes throughout the day and night, so these noises would wake us up in the middle of the night. I'm not sure if the noises were coming from plumbing or HVAC systems or what, but they were pretty noticeable. The downtown area here is perfect to hang out and, after a day of skiing. Lots of shopping and restaurants.

Whitefish weekend
We've stayed at this property twice and love the location and the comfort. It couldn't be better located near the end of the main street and the condo is spacious and very comfortable. We love the rooftop deck for lounging and a margarita in the evening. The only problem was that the outdoor fireplace wasn't usable this trip. Not the condo-owners' fault, though. Otherwise, it's great!

Had a great time in Whitefish for a long weekend. The unit was perfectly located steps from shops and great restaurant options. The underground parking is a treat and the unit was well appointed and comfortable. The reading materials were a nice touch!
