Perfect little get- away
Such a great time just outside of white salmon! My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary/mountain biking get- away. It was everything we were looking for. Everything was well considered for the accommodations.

Quaint and quiet location about 10 minutes away from White Salmon in a lovely rural farm area. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Excellent design and care in the craft of the cottage and the artwork.

The cabin is modern, clean and neat, and Katie is an awesome host. It's a little bit out in the country, but well worth the drive for the quiet and scenery.

We loved our brief stay at the Little House. The owners made sure that we had all the information we needed during our stay. The house was super clean, well appointed and just perfect. I wish we had more time to visit but we will definitely be back!

Quiet, country setting that was perfect for my week long stay in the Columbia River Gorge. The place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. I’ll definitely stay there again!

Great stay!
My only regret is that we could only stay one night. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle this is a perfectly quiet the spot. The host is amazing at making sure you have a great stay. Our daughter loved the collection of games. The views on the way out from White Salmon are incredible!!

Charming and cozy country getaway
Very cute and cozy place to stay in the country. About 10-15 minutes from town which is just far enough away for some beautiful sunsets and night skies. Hosts are very friendly and communicative, I had some issues with my flight in and Katie helped make sure I was comfortable and had no issues when I finally arrived.

An Artist's Haven
This property has everything one could want for serenity and connection with nature. The location and views are prime. The interior of the house is appointed with all the basics and then some! (spacious, artistic decor, amenities galore.) The hosts were welcoming, supportive, and gracious "above and beyond."

House with a View
We loved the open living area. The cottage had everything we needed. The “Little House” has great signage which helps take the guess work out of switches. My husband & I enjoyed watching sunset from our viewpoint up high. We could also see Mt. Hood. The house is close to town yet you feel like you are further away. We used house as base for exploring the Columbia Gorge & wineries.

They do all the nice little extras that many others don't. Highly recommended.
Highly recommended. This surpassed our expectations. Awesome place and they really take good care of you. The kitchen is stocked with lots of varieties of coffee, tea, olive oil, a few basics in the fridge, and tons of equipment, even a waffle maker. Easy in and out, low key hands-off owners unless you want to engage. Really perfect. They also gave us some recommendations on local activities and restaurants, which turned out to be great. Spotlessly clean and all that, too, but the extra kindnesses really put it over the top.

Beautiful landscape
MY husband and I have stayed at The Little House On The Hill twice now. We definitely will stay there again. The area is so beautiful, and quiet. It is in a rural area, which suited us well. Katie, the host is great. We enjoyed talking with her on our arrival. The place is so comfortable, and Katie thought of everything to make our stay just right. We look forward to staying there again.

Loved this place
Katie has added very special touches to this place in her efforts to make it feel like home away from home. The only noise you hear are the birds. It is a place to unwind and get away from all the nonsense. It is exactly as they state. Quiet and peaceful. If we ever find ourselves in the area again this place is where we will stay.

Lovely home with beautiful views
Little house on the hill was a super-cute, incredibly well-stocked rental. The views were beautiful, and we could even see a glimpse of Mt. Hood from the driveway. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful country setting and would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway
This was a perfect getaway spot. We were visiting friends in the area so it made sense to be outside of town. The property and house was easy to find. The host was super nice and even surprised us with a baked treat when we arrived. Everything was lovely. We will definitely book again if we make our way back to the area.

This was a beautiful location high in the hills. Wonderfully remote, but the little house had everything you would need. Katie was very helpful and communicative. Wi-Fi worked well. Nice patio and comfortable bed. Would stay again for sure.
