"The views from this property are gorgeous. The location is a bit remote but that is the point of being in the mountains. We had 6 adults and 6 kids with plenty of room for all. You do have to use the futon if sleeping 12 but with 10 everyone can easily be in a room. The property was maybe the cleanest nightly rental I have ever stayed in. The host communicates well. Overall we had a great stay and would choose this property again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. For us, the distance to town was perfect. The driveway is steep but caused us no issue. The hot tub was perfect in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again"

"What a cute rental! We stayed with our two year old twins and pups and had a great time. There was plenty of space for us and all of us enjoyed the yard! Only complaint was the bed was a little firm for our taste. It didn’t spoil our trip by any means. We will definitely be booking again and renting the house next door for the rest of our family! Close to town and far enough out to enjoy the traffic."

"My husband and I were looking for a house that was close, but not too close to Knoxville for a TN VOLS home game weekend. The house was clean, comfortable and had a great view! The Bear Cabin team responded within the hour when we had 1 TV tech issue. They made the check-in and check-out process simple. Thanks for a fun football weekend!"

"The house is nice, spacious, and clean. The location isn't in the middle of nowhere but it's off the major roads. There are neighbors that are pretty close but the deck with the hot tub is surrounded by a privacy wall. The WiFi is limited and you're penalized for going over the limit, so no streaming no online games no Spotify or YouTube. Cell signal is 2 bars Verizon and I couldn't get anything to load. "We enjoyed listening to the wildlife every morning. Coffee with sweetener and creamer was provided! That was huge for me! The bed was so comfortable we slept in every single day. Of course hit the hot tub morning and evening. Home was clean and cozy. Surveillanced neighborhood. Quiet neighbors. All around wonderful stay and we will be visiting again."
